RetrnArcGamer35 Posted May 12 Posted May 12 (edited) is there another ll-deps folder with more files it seems like when booting some of the games it's asking for more files that aren't present. Edited May 12 by RetrnArcGamer35
sm32 Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Just wanted to post to say thanks. Good to see an alternative available for playing these games, and active development. No expectations from my end, but just bumped up my patreon pledge. Keep up the great work! 1

I run mine like this, in admin mode. spaces can be in the folder only. @echo off :: Check for admin rights; if not present, restart as admin net session >nul 2>&1 if %errorLevel% == 0 ( goto :admin ) else ( powershell -Command "Start-Process '%~f0' -Verb RunAs" exit /b ) :admin :: Change directory to where the batch file is located cd /d "%~dp0" :: RUN YOUR EXE HERE :: Example: start "" "C:\Path\To\YourGame.exe" start "" "D:\Sega Lindberghloader\Sega Lindbergh\letsgojusp\linuxloader.exe" I run the linuxloader in it's own folder so when there is a update. You can linuxloader.exe --create config. and drop it in your games folders. or --controls if needed. Edited May 13 by lords

dkeruza Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 The messages you see now, are warnings, not errors. If you see an error message you have to worry, but a warning is fine. All the games should work with any GPU if you have a correct dump/folder structure except GSEvo, that does not work with Intel GPUs for now. 3 hours ago, lords said: I don't think that 2spicy or ghostsquad work with intel GPU's 2spicy should work now with 3.0.5 4 hours ago, RetrnArcGamer35 said: is there another ll-deps folder with more files it seems like when booting some of the games it's asking for more files that aren't present. It is probably a warning. If the game runs, don't pay attention to it. 2
dex77 Posted May 13 Posted May 13 Is there any good soul who can put together a bunch of links of working (suitable for testing) dumps for 2spicy, after burner and ghost squad? ...just for the sake of testing and reporting... so far I was able to run Hod4, OR2sp and VT3 (VT3 not full screen) with the dumps available but all the other titles don't even start... hard to help the devs this way...

lords Posted May 13 Posted May 13 (edited) TIME TO UPDATE... Linuxloader Build v3.0.6 - Added a new logic for the shake and changed the default values. The new logic will account for the game's resolution and I also added a new setting to set a percentage of the screen where the movement should be detected (defaults to 15%). Recreate controls.ini to see the new settings. - Changed the default behavior of -c, -o and -d to not load from the game folder by default if no path is specified. Now, if you pass just the filename, it will search in the current directory, then will fallback to the game folder, if not found there, it will use the default config. - Added -L / --library-path option to specify the path for the libraries for linux, if path not found, will fallback to ll-deps in the loader folder. ringa12 Posted May 14 Posted May 14 The house of the dead 4 - shaking works great now and sinden recharge pump but resolution other than AUTO(1280x768) on bosses causes target displacement game seems passable Let's Go Jungle! Special - if you change the resolution other than AUTO (1024x576), then the game will become unplayable to the end; if, after defeating the first boss, you choose the middle path, then the second boss will be the Mantis, which in the last phase will rise into the air and freeze in it Too Spice - everything doesn't work
