Intel for the GPU Intel. In your logs, we can see "GPU VENDOR: NVIDIA Corporation", so it's not Intel but NVIDIA.

Ghost Squad is not compatible with Intel, check the windows guide.

What the good practice to add Crosshair in HOTD4 ? I've set ENABLE_CROSSHAIRS to true and it doesn't work. (P1_CROSSHAIR_PATH is set too) but if I set CUSTOM_CURSOR_ENABLED to true , I have working crosshair in HOTD4
