I set my 2 card keys to I(insert card) s(use saved card pass) and it loaded up fine. Right when the game starts i pressed i to bring up the key then s to enter it.

It loads shaders. Sometimes you need to play it more than once for it to load most of them, depending on the PC. On some systems, it even loads in slow motion all the way until the 'Press Start' or 'Insert Coins' screen.
