Hi all, sorry to ask but i load the game ok first time where i see a selection of levels and have my crosshair. When i come out the game and go back in i have started a  level but can no longer see the crosshair. Is there a way to set it so i go to the selection level every time with my crosshair when i start the game please. Thanks very much.

Yes, in the test menu you can choose to show the crosshair. Read the emulor post on page 2 for translations of the test menu.

Are you guys getting the following msg after run?

You have to push atl+tab to get back to game when run. Not too pretty in machine integration. I'm using the following ahk:

 

Run, Shooter.exe

Esc::
    Sendinput, !{f4}
    Process,Close,Shooter.exe
    Run,taskkill /im "Shooter.exe" /F
    ExitApp
return

 

 

Since the "Esc" key during the game is in use, may cause issues

Hi guys

 

I don't know if someone has the same problem... But I tested the game with the unencrypted file and the Argonlefou's BepInx plugin in one PC with Windows 11 24H2 and in another PC with Windows 10 23H2, in the second one the game runs correctly, but in the Windows 11 PC, the game crashes before start. 

 

The windows event viewer shows an 0xc0000005 error related to the application crash, but the info is very poor to determine the real problem...

 

Has anyone any the idea that what could be the problem?

try using a slightly older version of BepInEx itself.

Tested with different BePInX versions and same results... according some forums the 0xc0000005 could be something related to the Graphic Drivers... I have a 4070ti with the last nvidia drivers... but I don't know if this could be the problem

Could not get it to work on windows 10 either. Installed BPINex, decrypted exe looks like its trying to start and then nothing. This was on a 4090

So you have a RTX 40x0 series like me... It looks like that maybe the graphic card drivers are the problem...

Works fine with me, Win10 64, Ryzen 5600X, RTX 2060 with latest nvidia drivers.

je suis passé sur w11 24h2 avec le dernier pilote de la carte graphique ce le jeu se lance parfois au bout de 2 ou 3 essai mais au moins ca fonctionne

MAIS SURTOUT ENLEVER LA CONNEXION WIFI SI PROBLEME

Possible, or the version on windows 10. I also have issues with House of the dead 3, only 2 games I could never get to work. Wondering if it has to do also with a missing library, video coded or pack missing...

 

Same issue using Demulshooter, just tries to start loading then nothing.

You're right!! Disabling any network connections make the game runs! So I've create a Windows Firewall Rule to block any connection from the Mars Sortie\game.exe and the game runs too without the to disable wifi or any other network adaptor on your PC

C'est ....."léger" comme info, sans plus d'info sur le paramétrage (fichier config.xml du jeu ?)  ou de fichier log(https://github.com/argonlefou/DemulShooter/wiki/Debugging#step-3)

 

A moins que ta version soit une différente de celle postée ici-même, (récupérée sur une machine, patchée ou modée ou autre) il n'y a pas de version différente connue pour moi.

Les crosshairs, c'est directement dans le menu du jeu que ça se paramètre, pas avec DemulShooter

 

Si ça marche pas avec la version d'ici, c'est soit un soucis de config, de plugin mal installé ou de liaisons demulshooter<-> jeu
Pour ce dernier point, tant que la liaison est pas établie, le jeu reste jouable à la souris comme si DS n'était pas là donc à te lire, ça n'est pas ça

Il n'y a aucune info sur l'ecran principal du jeu.....mais il faut ajouter des credits !

Je me suis fait avoir plusieurs fois au debut sur l'ecran de selection du niveau....

By the way, the game can be translated from Chinese into any language you want using the Autotranslate plugin from BepInEx.

Also, the game runs with the exe or with the bat file?

 

There is a setting in test mode, something like time for level, the higher the number the more time you play

I stopped at 1500, but you can continue. I don't know where is the limit or if it exists

you can edit the translation file that gets stored with a normal txt editor if you want to clean up & correct any of the words that get translated

To Many threads is IO .open comm ports also.I have to knock it down to 1 com port 6 and then disable the internet .to kill the error and load the game.runs  well aftwewards

i  have a same problem with internet connection by wi-fi (USB) for mars sortie on another PC

use this command line (AHK) in admin

this command disable wi-fi

push enter to quit game and enable wifi

if you use demulshooter, you must add command line in AHK to launch game
