Hey friends, has anyone got any links to the Chihiro versions of the Outrun 2 Beta or Ghost Squad (or failing that would be happy to upload and share here, s'il vous plaît?). I'd previously found a couple of links to them ages ago, but didn't bother downloading as working Chihiro emulation seemed like it would take years (which it has). All the links are dead now and a search of both the internet and this forum has turned up nothing. Thanks in advance to anyone who responds!

Thanks for the links (and also to bigjim who messaged them to me). Same question as july2779 though, the OR2 Beta RAR file gives me a Bin file I can't do anything with. I've tried converting it into an ISO using a program called WinBin2Iso and then extracting the files with Qwix, but no joy, Qwix doesn't like the ISO. Tried playing around with the BIN in Imgburn and Virtual clone drive to see if I can get at the files within with no success.There seems to be lots of info on Google about how to get an xbe file from an Xbox ISO, but I'm coming up blank on what to do with BIN files. Can anyone recommend anything?

Use that program and make sure you create a game folder and extract root contents ie.. xbe and firmware files into the root game folder and the media content into a  media folder.

Thanks Dude! It's weird I'd discovered that program yesterday after some Googling, but it kept saying something like 'no Chihiro files here' when I tried using it on the bin. Tried it again today and it worked. Anyway, thanks Man! Greatly appreciated.

Bam! Yeah, it's not playable, but it's still pretty awesome seeing the actual Chihiro version of Outrun 2 (well, the beta at any rate) loading up this far on an emulator.

Same here all i am getting is a big blue screen with literally no textures at all nothing just those cross hairs.

Bonjour

 

Never thought Virtua Cop 3 would be turned around this fast.

 

 

It's fully playable, the sound glitch which means you get continual background clicking is the most annoying issue in my opinion but I can't imagine that will be that hard to resolve.  Hoping for some more Lightgun games on Cxbx.  This needed DemulShooter to work with the gun.

For Vcop3 i get a white screen for the titlescreen. I can hear the sound fx fine but blank white screen. It loads all the logo screens up until that point,but nothing on screen. I use win10 64bit amd. Does anyone else have this issue? Does cxbx need certain specific settings? Anything here would be a help!

Hi Tk, I'm having this problem too. If you press start button shortly, you can get into menu and play level 3, but level 1 don't show graphics after entering the building, and level 2 fails from the begining.

I think it's a problem with AMD gpus

Hello, i'm looking for all the chihiro dumps and i was only interrested on the latest versions of chihiro games, we don´t need clones or older games, they are all the same. Please release someone!

Virtua Cop 3 works amazing using the xbox360 controller. No bad issues only the sound.

Literalmente a brazilian user on youtube tell us they are working well on the sega chihiro bios and it's very closed to make playable all games, we need to wait.

It currently can be played with an aimtrak but only in windowed mode and only using demulshooter.

Checked but there is no tool we can able to unpack them directly. The other tool calls FAT-X-Plorer Chihiro we need to do manually folder by folder. 1GB versions doesn´t read.

- Decomprese le 2 fichiers

-Lance lemulateur CXBX.EXE

-Premier onglet File puis sélectionnez Open XBE une fenêtre vas souvrire , vas dans le dossier Virtual Cop 3 et double click sur VC3.XBE

-Vas sur l'onglet emulation et click sur start  le jeux devrait se lancer

 

vas dans l'onglet setting pour configurer ta manette si nécessaire
