Intel GPU - Too spice and Ghost Squad Evolution - not work

 

The House of the Dead 4 - works well but needs to be set:

Yes. That is the best news in Emulation in the last 2 to 3 years at least. Those guys have been cooking. Linux Loader is absolutely brilliant. The level of polish and overall quality for the supported games is way above what TP provides behind a paywall.

It worked for me. I had to copy the two folders out of disk1 and put them in disk0 to get it to work.

What the good practice to add Crosshair in HOTD4 ?

 

I've set ENABLE_CROSSHAIRS to true   and it doesn't work.  (P1_CROSSHAIR_PATH is set too)

but if I set CUSTOM_CURSOR_ENABLED to true  , I have working crosshair in HOTD4

the crosshair will be turned on directly in the game itself if set: ENABLE_CROSSHAIRS to true

I still have difficulties. With Outrun2 from the Lindbergh archive, I use the following command:

Just put the .png files into the emulator folder and set the path to those files in linuxloader.ini and run the game passing the linuxloader.ini as parameter.

Is anyone else facing problems with shoting and reloading in HOTD4 (all revisions)? 

 

When reloading via the mouse button, the game often requires a double-click or a long press to register the action.

Additionally, the trigger behavior is erratic; occasionally, pressing the button only fires a single shot instead of the expected automatic burst.

 

I posted the issue on GitHub, but I am not sure if this is a bug or if the game is intended to work this way

Same as this guy....I cannot seem to get any of the games to go to fullscreen. I have changed this in the ini files (1920 x 1080) but it will automatically display the games at native resolutions...how do I change this? Thanks.

Now it works for me. I simply put the config and control ini file in the same directory than the elf file. Another option is to use the o and c options to make reference to the ini files (full name not only the path).

Thanks. I have also resolved this but I am not really sure how I did it. I already had the ini files in the same directory as the elf but I deleted some arguments from my ahk and now it works somehow. Thanks for your suggestions.

Ghost Squad is not compatible with Intel, check the windows guide.

I don't know why they say Ghost Squad Evolution doesn't work on Intel...
It just so happened to be the first one I tested and it worked, and very well, on the first try without errors, except for the settings I have to adjust.

My system: Intel core i5-2400, 16GB Ram, Nvidia GTX750, Windows 7 SP1 DX 11.0

Maybe Windows7? Try compatility mode.

I copy controls.ini and linuxloader.ini files to game folder, and used some ROM I used with TK, not clean.

 

To use THOD4 Rev C from https://archive.org/download/SegaLindbergh need to rename folder hod4data to fs

 

Only 2 Spicy canÂŽt run some shaders errors.

 

Need 2 play keys for Virtual Tennis3, just add to controls.ini in [Digital] and assign your keys:

Intel for the GPU Intel.

In your logs, we can see "GPU VENDOR:  NVIDIA Corporation", so it's not Intel but NVIDIA.

All I can say is that this thing is very, very good, even as it is now! Does anyone here know if this software enables outputs and, if it does, how to enable them. If I can get the recoil working on my Gun4irs, RS Reapers and Alien guns this will be awesome because the games, from what I have tested so far, work almost perfectly. The only issue I've had is not being able to get into the HOD4 test menu (I'm trying to find some way of enabling the player scores). If I can add bezels onto GS Evo, even better. Thanks.
