I think you're absolutely right, so it definitely needs a detailed tutorial:   BIOS files       Place in: pcsx2/bios chd file           Place in: pcsx2/rom boot.elf file     Place in: pcsx2/rom   PS2 file           Place in: pcsx2/memcards  .ACGame file  Place in: pcsx2 Run the game   Remember: The boot.elf file and CHD file must be in the same folder, for example: roms/NM00004 Tekken 4 JAP   The paths or names listed above should ideally be entirely in En

Now I get it I needed to get the zip and chd off womroms then find an iso and convert it to chd, working now. You helped me thanks

 

As far as controls I don't understand them though. Is gas up or down? And what is coins? I have all the buttons on my controller set but can't enter coins on Ridge Racer V.

 

Also does anyone know how to load these through Launchbox? it just opens the GUI not the game.

 

Edit: got everything working even through command line and just use an autohotkey script to add to Launchbox, all good there and got controls down but still can't enter coins for Ridge Racer V only. I can for Wangan by hitting select. I tried every button for Ridge Racer V but can't enter coins? I also pressed 1 and 5 on keyboard but nothing.

 

Edit 2: just now read in the thread controls are not implemented yet for Ridge Racer V so I guess that explains it.

if you have problem to access menu service in cobra the arcade or error card r/w connection E51, change your cobrataw.backupram by my files

now you pass error E51 !

work only with version cobrataw and not cobrata......

Hi there! Is there a way to distinguish the joystick axes in Controller Manager? I want to map the ps2 dpad with my usb joystick analog (usb arcade stick) as follow:

 I use 3rd party app for this, so for myself I use xpadder , with that for fighters than can use either dpad or joystick, I'm using PS3 controller

Can anyone please teach me how to run SoulCalibur III Arcade Edition on the Play Emulator in English Language (Interface/Voice Over/Subtitles)? I am able only to run it in Japanese.

Managed to get Pac-Man Battle Royale working

Anyone know how to add coins? (I was able to put in free play mode, but would still like to know how to add coins...)

Oh - and can the controls for player 3 and 4 be set?

EDIT - Latest GitHub action / artifact for Windows version allows you to configure for 4 players. Still don't know how to add coins though...

I've been able to run pacman battleroyale on batocera (namco 2x6 system). For now, I think it's 1 player only (as batocera doesn't have the latest version of play!).

I've been chasing the perfect pacman battleroyale version for a while: I like playing with 9 rounds and long timeout, so:

1) in rpcs3, you have a version in which you can access the settings menu, but there's a awful bigborder in the game

2) on switch emulator: (namco museum+): the display is ok BUT the dev didn't put a settings menu (congrats dev ! good job, really...): so I'm stuck with 5 rounds. I've tried to use cheat engine to change the nb of rounds + timeout. It's probably too difficult for me. My ultimate goal was to create a mod (cheat) for yuzu/ryujinx... with 9 rounds and long timeout (if anyone is interested in this challenge, please do it !)

3) this one may be the best option. It's for a cocktail table, but if I can manage the 4 players, that could be it.

because Select button work as "Service" and not as "Coin".

Are you sure ? It works fine for both Tekkens (tested 4 and 5 DR) for me.

But the controls are a bit weird.

here to me it write "Service 1" meaning that is acting as service button that allow you to play but is not working as "Coin"

by default Tekken 4/5/5 DR start with 2 coins for one credit but obviously if you push the service button one time it gave you a service credit.

I can't find how to bind the "Coin button" probably is still not supported in Tekken.

Yes, it shows as "Service 1" for Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection. Not sure if its wrong, because the same button it works as Coin button for other fighting games too like Sengoku Basara X and Capcom Fighting Jam.

Hello all. I'm trying to get into the test menu for Cobra The Arcade World game and it loads fine until I get to the card reader error. So I set my keybord to C for select, V for R1 and B for R3 and I've tried pressing and holding R1 and R3 while pressing select as well as holding select, , but it won't go into test mode. I also tried setting V to L1 as mentioned in an old post, but no luck. 

Here's a screenshot of the Play version I'm using if it makes a difference. 

 

What else can I do to get into the test menu?

You can patch the PC version of Pac-Man Museum with a hex editor.

 

Offset 1AB995 replace 75 0A by 90 90

Offset 1AB99D replace 03 by 07 (or the number of rounds you want minus 2)
