There is no tutorial and no guide on how to run this, because you can't run this. This game REQUIRES a server to run, even in single player mode. The server is still under development and hasn't been made public yet, as it is not finished.

Afaik there was a beta for a server (not active anymore) not sure if or when a public server will return if ever.
What attached file, you edited segatools.ini as needed ?

About server + segatools support that RcadeHax hoards and he always cries here and there that others weren't first adding support for X game, he has them running for ages now.

Well, there are many segatool forks. (private builds, WIP)
