[Emu] Dolphin v2407 Triforce : Branche Arcade (Namco / Sega / Nintendo / GC / Wii)

Posté(e)

I recently noticed that in Mario Kart Arcade GP, when I select a character and the game notifies me that the camera isn't activated, the frame rate drops to 1.

Could it be some Dolphin Triforce setting or code? It only happens to me with MKAGP1, but MKAGP2 doesn't have that issue.

I say this because it seems curious to him.

Entering TEST menu gives me an error intCPU in file interpreter.cpp, could you help me?

I believe the RVA code remained in the source, even though this specific fork is Sega Triforce and not WiiArcade (RVA)

note : confirmed RVA emulation

Thanks a lot @hippopippo

Could you please re-upload this latest special build of Crediar Dolphin Triforce Branch elsewhere?

Unfortunately, the one coming from mediafire is currently blocked by my Windows Security since it is infected by a Trojan Virus.

Here you can find details in the screenshot attached.

Thank you so much in advance!

The file is safe, the core makes low-level calls to the Windows kernel, which is why it's identified as a possible virus, but it's always a false positive. Anyway, I added a mirror to the main post.

Thanks a lot @hippopippo

I've just downloaded latest version and configured it.

Is there any way to differentiate the TEST button from the INSERT COIN button?

I've noticed that the X button (look at my screenshot attached here) acts as P1 INSERT COIN and TEST button at the same time!

So, basically, sometimes it happens that I'm not able to successfully insert my coins in game, I need to press it more times until it is correctly triggered.

I'm pretty sure about the double function of the same button, because I use the same button to scroll down the cursor into the Triforce Service Menu that I'm able to startup by triggering the Z (F2 on my keyboard) button.

Thank you so much.

Best regards.

I'm trying out the latest build shared by hippopippo and this caught my eye:

I never thought I'd see that part of Triforce with the GameCube Bios.

Is this working or is it still a work in progress?

PS: Thank you so much for the great work on the builds. :D

this build is all-in-one, just copy ipl.bin gamecube bios (use region folder) in *user*\AppData\Roaming\Dolphin Emulator\GC\

Bonjour Hippo,

Hello Hippo,

In order to reference this build on the most reputable emulation platforms, I would like to confirm with certainty that it fully supports RVA. It is essential for me to ensure that both Triforce and RVA modules execute properly.

Would it be possible for you to verify this with precision?

Additionally, to facilitate access and usability for all, could you kindly provide a clear and concise game launch procedure here? I will make sure to pin it as the first post so it remains easily visible.

Your collaboration is greatly appreciated, and I thank you in advance for your attention and support. ;)

Hi 7z,

I confirmed the RVA emulation a few posts above since it's now an all-in-one build (Triforce/Wii/GC/RVA).
Regarding the guide, it's not so difficult, I may create a PDF for each platform with steps & hints 🤓

Sorry, but I couldn't get this version to work. I can't get into test mode, even though it worked fine with the previous version.

pay attention to this "to enable access to the test menu copy segaboot.gcm in *user*\AppData\Roaming\Dolphin Emulator\Triforce"

i don't have this file

Posté(e)

Well, I managed to get into test mode and it works fine for Mario Kart, for F-Zero Monster Car it works but the music is choppy, for F-Zero AX it also works but I have no control of the controller so it's impossible to play.
On an old version of Triforce when I launch Mario Kart I don't have to wait 60 seconds to play, you can play right away but not with this version unfortunately.

Posté(e)

both versions of F-Zero work without issue from keyboard and dpad so it's your side, check your configuration (make sure you have the default mapping), there are many gecko patches for mario and others to disable cam, timeout & time waiting

Posté(e)

Okay, so I'm not the only person having the controller problem, and what's more, the IDs for F-Zero and Mario Kart have changed:
F-Zero ID = GGE6E
MKACP2 USA = CNLJ82
Someone, after a bit of fiddling, managed to add credits and play it, but for me, with version 4addd0f7d5, I only have a controller problem with F-Zero AX, and I'm not the only one.
