Flycast est un émulateur multiplateforme de Sega Dreamcast, Naomi et Atomiswave qui est basé sur Reicast.

Il prend en charge les jeux aux formats suivants:

– SEGA Dreamcast (CHD, CDI, GDI, CUE)
– SEGA Dreamcast utilisant WinCE
– SEGA NAOMI / NAOMI 2 (.zip, .7z, .dat/.lst)
– SEGA NAOMI / NAOMI 2 GD-ROM (.zip, .7z, .dat/.lst et .chd)
– Sammy Atomiswave (.zip, .7z)
– Jeux NAOMI décryptés (.bin, non recommandé)
– SEGA System SP (.zip, .7z, .dat/.lst et .chd)

No it will never support all these systems. Maybe one day Naomi 2 but not the others.

Moreover Sega Model 3 is already emulated by Supermodel emulator.

How do you want to know that and where do you have the information? It could well be that the systems are supported, because ultimately it depends on the developers. Demul was no different.

i asked about Naomi 2 emulation , seems like Demul isnt being worked on anymore

 

But its going to be a long time before Naomi 2 is supported thats what the guy said in discord

BTW, this is for MAME not for Flycast!

Flycast can run the DreamCast version not the Arcade one.

There is one thing i want to see and nothing more... Sega Triforce i want Virtua Striker 4! We already have Demul and works ok. 

This emu works ok, but a few games need to be fixed and the roms are all from normal mame and arcadeui. Enjoy!

yo e probado juegos de atomiswave y coren fluidos, el problema que estoy mirando es que no puedes cambiarle la region del juego ni meterte a las opciones de los juegos el boton "TEST" para ser precisos o alguien save configurar ese boton.

Probably no to Hikaru, Naomi 2 and GD, definetely no to Sega Model 3. Instead of hoping you could just use Demul for those, and Supermodel emulator for Sega Model 3. Pretty much everything works.

Sadly demul has had sound issues for years that have never been fixed. The sound has a weird flangger type of effect on it no matter what settings/DSP I try, that I gave up using it. Naomi 2 would be a amazing on Flycast...

Slt, pour l'audio dans demul j'ai constaté que ce soucis disparaissait en désactivant la vsync dans les réglages.

A moins que ton soucis soit spécifique à certains jeux.

You can't play at Planet Harriers with Flycast. Just to Naomi, Atomiswave and Dreamcast games.

With Demul you can play in addition to Hikaru games (including Planet Harriers but with many gaphic bugs) and Naomi 2 games.

There are so many Demul versions and devs didn't make a stable release that fix all the bugs the emulator has.

So, there are versions that works better than others for specific roms like Planet Harriers or VF 4 Final Tuned for example.

 

I'm using for Hikaru/Planet Harriers  the release demul07a_180816 because from all versions I tried this one is the best that run that game on my PC ( and it's bad for others games ).

I am using demul07a_180816.

But Planet Harriers freezes in the second

or third Stage.

And then i have to end it via the Taskmanager.

Is it probably because of the gpuDX11.dll?

Or is there any other Reason?

And what can i do to fix it?

don't know if it's a fake or not.

 

Anyway, with the version I mentioned before I finished the game without freezes and with no particular settings.

You can try the 190715 or 0.5.8.

I tried them and they are good apart some artifacts ( sometimes text is not displayed well ) but nothing bad because you can finish the game.

I made the video, the first 3 stages without a crash but with some artifacts and graphic bugs.

It's almost 7 GB, give me time
