as for the settings, i'm not sure what you need for those specific tracks and i'm sure rain and reverse are available to me with the my settings, i only have e-amusement thing running to get the other main screen race options opened. I could be wrong as it's been a while since i set it up.

theres no error was just wondering if u had to set it up a certain way or just using pc launcher having an issue with exiting it exits but it requires an Alt + F4

i got rid of RL as its just not current anymore, its just another thing in the way to break and none of the devs are bothered about updating or making new emulator modules

iirc i was using pc launcher like normal and pretty sure the game exited like normal on escape

Anyone having issues can try this version.  Works on my PC just fine.  3D mode already disabled and includes a customized version of spice just for this game, and also the FFB plugin that has a gui for controls config.

this doesn't seem to respond with my controller i can hear coin inserts but no response in-game.

how did you configure your controls?  in spicecfg or FFBPluginGUI?  just tested here setting in spicecfg with a series X controller (xinput) and a switch pro controller (dinput), and both worked fine.  i've only ever used FFBPluginGUI with my G29, so I don't know if setting with that works for controllers or not.

i used spicetools but it didnt work ill have to look at it later.

got it working i had to remove the "dinput8.dll" from the game directory and then it gave me the options to use the spicetool configuration. inside the test menu i also was able to go in re-calibrate my series x controller and now im up and running

Hi,  Happy New Year. Got eveything sorted out with this one, except for one issue: when I choose the Tokyo course (track 3) the game crashes while loading the track with the below error message.

 

The weird thing is this file (eff_arrow_L.particle_gti3particle.bin) does exist in the folder, so I'm a bit confused why it's saying it can't be found. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks.
