This game can be playable as standalone but to integrate the bezel was an actual pain in the ass. This game is portrait mode, if you want to play horizontal you have to use ArcadeView and select the executable and don't touch anything! When ArcView ask you for the rotation, select portrait before launch and in the next questions, don't force anything and disable dgvoodoo as well. Then start the game and you will get the checking screen rotated and the game screen backwards. Configure with Home key and check rotate 180 degress. The problem now is the bezel is backwards so that's why I share the bezel rotated. And voilá. Then to make it work with your controller, I used joytokey in RocketLauncher. The config file is included.

No, by running bh.exe you should see a test/update blue screen

I'm running under updated w11, nvidia, 1080p

I'll have to move it over to my cab setup (win10, Ryzen 5700x, Nvidia rtx3050, 1080p) and see if it's any different.  my main PC I tested on is updated win11, Ryzen 3400G, amd rx550, and also 1080p.  I just get the black box that opens & then closes when launching bh.exe

Could somebody please tell me what the native keyboard controls for this are?

I get that F2 is coin, and... that's all I've been able to confirm with certainty.   Can't even begin to rebind this when I can't ascertain what keys are used for what pads.
