Changed how game IDs for Triforce games are constructed, they now follow the normal game ID format
Changed how the game ID, Country, Maker and Title for Triforce games are loaded
Updated game setting files for new game IDs and removed the old ones

If you are in "portable" mode with dolphin, you must have the "user" folder at the root of the dolphin directory, 
then you will have the "triforce" folder logically behind the "user"

I'm so sorry, it was my fault, since I didn't notice the availability of a completely NEW section into the Controller Configuration titled TRIFORCE.

That explains why I was no more able to get access into the TEST MENU of Triforce.
