you must in the arcade.def file, identify the system 256

{
    "id": "cobrata",
    "name": "Cobra: The Arcade",
    "driver": "sys246",
    "dongle":
    {

    "buttons":
    {
        "3": "circle"
    },
    "inputMode": "lightgun",
    "screenPosXform": [ -65535, 0, 65535, 0 ],
    "eeFrequencyScale": [4, 3],
    "boot": "ac0:CBRLOAD",
    "patches":
    [
        {
            "address": "0x002ECE74",
            "value": "0x0",
            "description": "Skip card detection"
        },

Thanks for the help! Got it working now by adding the driver sys line!

Standalone

Why is there a tree structure of folders and files from the TP version if it is "Standalone"?
Posté(e)

I compile every build for stand & tp so three config is by default for tp, just change path where you have roms folder and save. This is standalone.

I had a "mikmak" between my versions, I thought I moved my version against yours and in fact it was the opposite,
in the arcade.def of bg3 you put the zip in .003 instead of .002 if anyone ever asks why Play! can't find the bin in the archive
you will have to rename one or the other,
when will there be a TP version, I prefer "Standalone" ;)

There is no real rule for managing arcadedefs, as everyone can customize the name of the roms & dongles (usually .bin) as they like, but in this case I specifically chose to name it .003 to differentiate the USA dongle (the version used to do all test) from the Jap (.002)

Chdman-240 i used.

using Ultra ISO allowed me to Convert Both CHDs to Bin & Cue

soulclb2.arcadedef 208 B · 38 downloads  Fixed Arcadedef

.chd to .iso if u have done it right it should mount to your pc like any other iso

Extract CHD to GDI.zip the batch files i used to convert

for /r %%i in (*.chd) do chdman extractraw -i "%%i" -o "%%~ni.iso" <- CHD to ISO "delete .chds" after converting them to ISO's because ull be making new ones with the .cue files when using "Ultra ISO"

for /r %%i in (*.cue, *.gdi, *.iso) do chdman createcd -i "%%i" -o "%%~ni.chd" <- Cue To CHD

you will need both here is the screen of what it should look like

image.png.110f92aaaa37f28bbbe6e0c02e24ceb7.png

the .chd's you see in this picture was .cue to .chd also the .bin file is the file u get after converting the iso to bin to cue using Ultra ISO | you will get the "2nd set of .chd's" after converting the .cue's with chdman | you will have to do it twice

image.png.009482ea60b60ec60116faa961da0815.png

you will need the rom and place the dongle.bin inside the rom zip

you will know if u did it right lol. i got a black screen for a few days and i finally had the time to sit and read everything

with peoples help. and this is what i got. the game is about 13 or so gigs. also look at the links those are some of what i got working.

above.

i was way too into this lol
