Yes, basically there is hope of not having to create a lot of heavy machinery. Yes it is great work. It takes a lot of time to try all the available resources even if they are publicly available. There are dozens of D3D wrappers, finding the right ones which work for a given game, finding the right options, and making it accessible to everyone including newbies has a lot of value. People criticizing, imagine you were not given a patch information and were told: you can patch things yourself, just get a freely available debugger. That would not help much would it? Everyone enjoys getting something that works out of the box, and that is the great work DJExpert has done. Instead of telling everyone "you can fix the rotation in your game by using free stuff available on the internet", he made a tool where in two clicks you can play Gigawing generations rotated and with filtered scaling. Good luck doing the same thing on your own.

This error in the log is created at the very beginning before Data Initialization start, so not too worried about it. The game could have just close at that point.

Resume de toutes mes manips: 1. decompresser .exe with 7zip 2. Renommer repertoire Update en Daytona 3. Copier repertoires dans C:\Sega pour que l'arbre ressemble a ca C:\Sega\assets C:\Sega\Daytona C:\Sega\shell 4. Creer C:\Sega\ShellData et C:\Sega\GameData 5. Copier C:\Sega\shell\Deploy\GameData\config.ini dans C:\Sega\GameData 6. Creer ShellData.ini dans C:\Sega\ShellData [Network] CabinetID=1 NumCabinets=1

Je sais pas ce qui se passe, je n'ai plus besoin d'appuyer sur F1. Mais attention ca allume la webcam! Mettez un sticker sur votre webcam. Ca ouvre aussi une page web http://127.0.0.1:23232/ dans mon browser

Ok desole c'est la fete toute la soiree pour Noel. J'ai regarde 5 minutes et voici ce que j'ai trouve: Seul deux fichiers config sont charges: 1. "../ShellData/ShellData.ini" les seules clefs chargees sont: Network/CabinetID, Network/NumCabinets 2. "..\GameData\config.ini" les seules clefs chargees sont: FullHD/ENABLE_FULLHD, Camera/FOVY_RATE, Log/ENABLE_LOG_FILE, HDR_Texture/ENABLE_HDR_TEXTURE_TEST Nos fichiers sont au bon endroit, a mon avis il faut trouver les bonnes valeurs pour CabinetID et NumCabinets.

Ok j'avance un peu. Je confirme que la structure de Bruce est correcte mais elle doit etre a la racine de C:\Sega C:\Sega\assets C:\Sega\Daytona C:\Sega\GameData C:\Sega\shell C:\Sega\ShellData Pour tester le network il charge: C:\Sega\GameData\.shaders\shader_cache.bin, et les .dds dans C:\Sega\Daytona\nrt\dx11\network. Faut que je continue, j'ai pas encore capture ou il charge les configs.

On essaye tous les memes trucs. Je suis en train de debugger la pour voir si l'executable cherche des fichiers speciaux. J'ai vu shelldata/shelldata.ini avec ProcessMonitor, mais des fois il n'y a rien, donc je fais ca a la main vite fais. Et puis si ca marche pas je vais debugger pour voir ce qui se passe. J'avais deja desactive le test de connection pour Wacky Races pour mon exe a la maison, donc ca doit etre un peu pareil.

You can patch the executable yourself. Make a backup of the original exe file and "Offset 0x447C ( 8B 85 84 FE FF FF ) devient B8 00 08 00 00 90"
