  1. Yuyu hakusho unlockable... enter test menu then game options and perform the following sequence to unlock two extra characters, I tried already and it works.
  2. Actually it has 3 apparently...
  3. the game has 4 buttons, punch kick guard transform, that's it, the input test shows six inputs, it's tricky but not absurd. ps2 version has 2 extra buttons to move around like tekken, in the arcade version instead you just double tap up or down (same as tekken) to perform the same movement. you're not missing anything.
  4. Download from here then. https://archive.org/download/nmc246256m/NM00002 Bloody Roar 3/

  6. Not sure 100% but I remember the game was quite hard, anyways, I got the game set to the easiest level and I managed to finish it... but yeah it was quite hard indeed. I restored the basara X moves list and made a custom instructions card, the game is a little gem, glad if this can help you guys appreciating and playing it, have fun! 7. 0.0.20 is out, fixed Bloody Roar 3 boot!
  8. TP is just buggy garbage since day one... no wonder...
  9. Sram is created by the emulator when you run the game for the first time so no need to bother.
  10. just just simply lower the resolution, it's a 20+ years old game after all... and the video output it's also natively interlaced, no progressive scan whatsoever, like many others Namco games from that same period... 8K whatever resolution you're wishing to achieve flawlessly it's not gonna work... btw, don't use open gl, just use default auto settings for the rendering if you're seeking for the best visual experience, surely you can still tweak here and there some parameters but the team behind the project is literally yelling out loud to play it as the emulator says to do it by default... Embrace open arms those good blurry funny times when Namco did some bad decisions about video signals... it's still good stuff! ; )
  11. I managed to convert and test almost every title that matters (21 so far), everything works like a charm, the quality of the emulation is crazily legit, one thing tho is not clear, I noticed that in the .acgame files the option "jvsmode=" can be set to lightgun, fighting (for certain button layouts) or left empty... All the Gundam arcade games made by Capcom used to require a special jamma converter for a correct buttons output, I checked in the input test menu and of course button 3 (jump) can't be bind, button 4 is assigned by default as the 5th (which can't be used) and the 3rd assigned as the 4th, the same old story... now, I tried to set jvsmode=fighting but doesn't work, it ends up locking all the keys (even those for the dpad as well).. Does anyone know if there's a specific jvsmode parameter that fixes this known controls issue with the Gundam series? Thanks in advance! PS. These are the games that require jvsmode=fighting Capcom Fighting Jam - Fate Unlimited Codes - Kinnikuman 1&2 - Sengoku Basara X - Soul Calibur 2&3 - YuYu Hakusho PPS. turns out also Technic Beat has a special controls layout, button 3 in the I/O test menu can't be recognized.
  12. make sure the name in the .cmd file matches with the .exe you are running, for example mine was simply pcsx2-qt.exe, when I noticed the discrepancy in the cmd file I just edited names and voila!
  13. Andymage has posted at page 56 a very detailed procedure about how to set files in order to make everything work and convert roms as well, regarding the black screen it's because I guess you're trying to launch the games through the UI, you need instead to create a command file for each title and put it in the root of the emulator folder, at least this worked for me, make a txt file with a line like this C:\whatever\folder\pcsx2-qt.exe "whatevergame.acgame" (within quotes), then rename the file .cmd and run it, you should be golden then, all works very well actually! Both bios are needed, tekken 5 is a sys256 game for example...
  14. Update 0.11 is out, basara cross and pride gp added! This team is on fire.... The intro video of basara X is messed up but the game runs at full speed, amazing!
  15. Thanks bro, appreciate your help as always, got your pack already because linuxloader few weeks ago, you're a god send helper!
  16. Is there a way to add a custom crosshair for vampire night?
  17. Yep, both sys246 & sys256, I'm very familiar with the pcsx2 UI but I really have no clue now what's wrong, soul calibur 3 actually boots but after the rom check text i get black screen again... testing on two systems (amd and nvidia gpu), same issue... EDIT: Got it working through command line
  18. not sure what's wrong, I tried every graphic setting (automatic, dx12, dx11, vulkan) but after booting I get only a black screen, am I missing something?
  19. does anyone have converted segoku basara x?
  20. According to the Github page these are so far the playable titles: - Vampire Night - Tekken 4 - Smash Court Pro Tournament - Soul Calibur II - Time Crisis 3 - Mobile Suit Gundam Zeta - A.E.U.G. vs. Titans DX - Capcom Fighting Jam - Cobra - The Arcade - Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix - Soul Calibur III - Arcade Edition - The Battle of YuYu Hakusho - Deathmatch! Dark Martial Arts Association - Kinnikuman Muscle Grand Prix 2 - Sengoku Basara X - Mobile Suit Gundam - Gundam vs. Gundam NEXT As WildWolf has suggested for a purpose of an easy download to avoid a flood of requests probably the best solution is an official batch uploaded on Archive.com
  21. Well, I believe you Sir! The Linuxloader team is already setting the bar very high this year, looking forward to your magic! ...exciting times indeed, the scene needs more talented people like you guys, can tell the heart is there!
  22. Outstanding, crazily practical now, thanks a lot man, great job, looking forward for the implementation of Virtua Fighter 5 to the windows version!
  23. Not sure who was testing Linuxloader in the last 48 hours but I guess it turns out that it was the 1st anniversary of the loader since whatever game was loaded during this time it showed a lovely happy birthday message in the ID serial code... well, this team is special, they're grinding like no one else before, the result is excellent and they deserve support, if you have few spare bucks please put them in their basket... no brainer... they're making magic here but also history... Happy BD Linuxloader!!
  24. thanks for the reply but nope, I'm very aware of such procedure but it doesn't work wit OR2... Actually you got me in the right direction...solved! as I mentioned previously I launch Jentest to access the test menu then i set whatever i need and save, I copy the newly created eeprom.bin and sram.bin from jentest folder to jennifer and everything works! thank you so much for the help!!
