hi Thunder - I thought you have been over this stuff before. I mean I have tried myself on both CXBXR and the much easier but buggy Xemu (saving is almost impossible).

I get it as I have also had Xemu running the outrun game easily but its slower at high res but its easier to use than cbx r. I can achieve 60fps on xemu Chihiro  but its only at 3x res.  I UNDERSTAND you had to go through the hoops to get cbxr working with this game but overall its better or was it someone else . anyway I really like cbxr but its harder 

yeah nah similar for me and yes more convenient to use rpcs3 on most things and yeah I played 3 not 4 but yes of course pretty much the same but the first game was very gd. I say all that even though I spent ages on virtua tennis 1.2.3 and or me is still the best tennis games (as u prob know more arcadey)

yeah iv been stuck on top spin game and it crashes on save snap shot. in fact it crashes anyway in game. tried cbx reloaded and nope not great. main reason i use xemu is for Chihiro arcade games. I find xenia way easier than any xbox emu though tbh

But and so how does it compare to pcsx2 obviously to cant save that well everything crashes. I want your opinion . for me xbox should look cleaner that ps2 shit but it's not always the case. i was always ps2 back in the day but its only because the controller was better and nicer for me(xb was just awful). right now Xenia is for me the best thing going around now and I have more success with this than seemingly old emu Xemu

what is everyones steering wheel option? i just have KB arrow for left and right but thats annoying. how can i hook up mouse steering? and is also the game runs quite fast speech is hurried up 

thx well I manged to get it from somewhere soon after. but my question is why cant we add it to Teknoparrot and so that way we can use 4k res or adjust to what we want.

anyway to make the game in 4k? i tried changing it al to 4k res but only the dimensions changed not the actual game itself.  (a typical teknoparot outcome) without it being in the teknoparrot game roster roll.

Not sure what the differences are but does have different files in the Model folder and Sound folder.

dude please read everything u must- how I got it working was to read everything under this heading- I used the 'simple method' look for it somewhere here- but then put all of files from folder 4 into folder 3 and you should have no issue- u still need to install the pgAdmin thingy I just left it in there anyway. the game works for me. I'm on w11. btw update your registries. Folder to look like this  -folder to loo

must combine all files from folder 4 and put them inside folder 3 and replace any thats asking to.     IFTHIS HELPS YOU. iv probably done what you have done anyway i found this works for me and yes the game runs ok even in 4k . im using both ps3 controller via dinput mode (i use better ds3 style) and use mouse to swing club it works but you will hear DING'! errors from windows 11 saying something but it wont matter u can play the game easy enough.

i have several errors also. i tried the original method. didnt work. i then tried the 'easy workaround' option and i either get the txt error or the missing Postgre .Dlls error

UPDATE  i did manage to get it working and i would like to remove the old method . no reply- im gonna risk it and try and use the easy method. must combine all files from folder 4 and put them inside folder 3 and replace any thats asking to.

I did have one in the past show that error. I think i did,delete the game from tp. X out of tp. reload tp,and load the game

so I it was because I didnt have the .exe inside the DATA folder i have it working extremely well now actually better than 5 years ago.  4k it just plays perfectly.  as for the Armageddon well we know that can crash . the first time i played it i played right through until i failed on th last big Boss i had the chance to finish and would of except it played back to 'try again' and then it crashed - if i had of beaten the last alien it would be fine- since then i crash anything level from last bit in level 1 through to crashing in level 3.

yes i made sure i got all my ducks in order first before commenting- i have the 60codec installed already, updated runtimes and even more stuff, tried different archive versions, tried my motherload of dumps also but nope windowed or full screen it doesnt start. perhaps cos im on w11.

OK WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS JUST DL THE gc VERSION THEN CONVERT THE FILE INTO A WORKABLE ISO. THEN RENAME THE FUKN THING FROM .ISO TO (Rev C).gcm    AND NOW IT WORKS FFS. 😑

\HOWEVER ITS IN JAP AND ALSO ITS A BIT FAULTY IF YOU SAVE GAME. BUT ITS PLAYABLE 

So an update on my little tri force /Teknoparrot incursion - yes i managed to get all games working even Virtua striker 4. so i got everything working in  4k widescreen also.

so all games graphics look great in 4k Oled HdR full screen. especially the F-Zero AX and Virtua Striker 4. I mean its better looking than most games today in my opinion.

• F-Zero AX (Card emulation)       -------- works
• F-Zero AX Monster Ride (Cycraft not emulated yet)----------- i don't have this game
• Mario Kart GP ------  yes works beautifully  i saved before you save you can actually go back from save position
• Mario Kart GP 2 (Card emulation) ---------  ditto works easily
• Gekitou Pro Yakyuu Mizushima Shinji All Stars vs. Pro Yakyuu----------  i dont have this game
• Virtua Striker 3 Ver. 2002--------- I believe i have this game I used  'Virtua Striker 2002 (Export)'  to play it (its VS3 i think)
• Virtua Striker 4 Ver. 2006 (Card emulation not yet completed) ------  first time this game has worked for me(i made a save after initial 'gametest') that worked
• Key Of Avalon (Does not properly work yet)--------- I don't have this game.
