I had also issues with Windows 11 with this game, but i found a fix Just create a bat file in the game folder and write this in it: set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 Onion-Win64-Shipping.exe Run the bat file and enjoy the game on Windows 11!

what debug bios do you prefer? do you create the iso files or are they ready-to-play downloadable?
