You can try to disconnect all controllers and inputs that you don‘t need. I had control issues and that helped me.

You have to change some settings in the testmenu, but i don‘t remember what settings

I had also issues with Windows 11 with this game, but i found a fix Just create a bat file in the game folder and write this in it: set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 Onion-Win64-Shipping.exe Run the bat file and enjoy the game on Windows 11!
