I had the same issue ... try to re-save the sdvx webui config (change something like unlock avatars, save it) and restart. if that works you can enable your option again. hope it will work for you -
Big disclaimer: I am not the creator of the original guide nor did I upload the game and all the necessary add-ons/assets. The user Maji on Discord ‘/1CC/ - Arcade and Doujin part 2’ provided me with this setup guide and even then I do not know if this user is the original creator. I asked for permission to publish on Emuline but did not get an answer. If the owner of the original guide has any issues that his/her name is not being mentioned please let me know. If the uploaders of the game and add-ons have any issues that his/her name is not being mentioned also let me know. Credit should be given where credit is due! I did not succeed in playing the 4max arcade version of Groove Coaster up until this guide was handed to me and I am very pleased that I am now able to do, so again thanks to anyone involved in creating the original guide, uploaders and more. Base Game Download 4.61 from https://pixeldrain.com/l/i5fchKay and extract. The password is in the txt file. You can change the drive path. Download TypeXZEROTemp.dat from https://mega.nz/file/Gw8DEJIZ#1dfxBuwUfQ4UPZ5IRmcooqtgNvlKq7IbHtAbXMxQdBg and put it into root of C drive Open data/system.cfg, replace the following section with the values below: WindowMode = 1 WindowSize = (720, 1280) //WindowSize = (540, 960) WindowResize = 1 MouseCorsorDisp = 0 CheckDeviceLost = 0 IntervalMode = 1 MultiSampleType = 0 DebugMode = 0 ShowVersion = 0 JudgTimeOffset = 0 GameTimeOffset = -24 GreatMinTime = 32 SkipMargin = 48 SkipMarginDebug = 48 Disable redundant network adapters (including VPN, Bluetooth) leaving your pimary ethernet connection as the only available connection. If you have refresh rate >60Hz, use driver(e.g. Nvidia Control Panel) to restrict the game to run at 60Hz. Open game471.exe : the game should now be able to boot. (Optional) Setup omnimix and local server Download omnimix from https://mega.nz/file/nkk2zKJI#GxR7dfuBLAgpolBtvTKuzn1SRoy4n-_ByE38B8fA5Kg Put it in data/boot folder and replace old one. Download local server from https://github.com/asesidaa/GC-local-server-rewrite extract to anywhere. Open server as administrator. Setup NesysService. You can either change the host file as described in server README or download a patched one from https://mega.nz/file/CtclxYRb#PFRM3bskeDZsPk6NDlwsr2K7e5VXWSjwoZZDPWBB_ZU And replace the original in the game folder. Notice that the patched exe is only for use on the same computer(localhost) In JConfig settings, uncheck Nesys Emulation and RFiD emulation. Download openparrot from https://mega.nz/file/X1sXTIwB#uLupuG3-0JX6NT5Lr_eqa6RsOPXpFkvcADhekW_agOU extract to a separate folder, don't directly extract to game folder Set OpenParrotLoader.exe to be run as administrator Write a powershell script or bat file to load the game (and run that script as administrator) something like .\OpenParrotLoader.exe OpenParrot path\to\game471.exe In game, use F4 to read the card. (Optional) Use locale emulator to load the game Since the game by default expects Japanese locales, some weird issues might happen if you are not using Japanese locale. To solve this, one option is to change the system locale to Japanese. However, if you don't want to change the global locale, you can use locale emulator to do this. Download local emulator from https://github.com/xupefei/Locale-Emulator Install and Setup the locale emulator following the guide Change the load script (and run that script as administrator) something like cd path\to\Locale.Emulator.2.5.0.1 .\LEProc.exe path\to\OpenParrotLoader.exe OpenParrot path\to\game471.exe Notice that the game path should not contain spaces Setup the event files If you want to setup the event files, Download archived files here https://mega.nz/file/2491iaTa#FxwedwyoxPVixQUFptjit6-ZNTd_D9Y67Cy8sK9p38g Downlad more news images here https://mega.nz/file/ew8DUYxJ#A0zfN6Lwau-LwTbXbDsQ8M8FO3GY2x6ZJaSCUrgT8MI Put the event files to Eventpath that you set in JConfig, if you want to use event files, change event path in jconfig to a drive other than your D drive. On the server side, refer to Event Files section in the README of the server. Change the config accordingly. Other setup If you want to play in full screen, in system.cfg , change Windowmode to 0. Then in jconfig, disable d3d9wrapper. Finally set screen to portrait mode and boot the game. If the judgement does not feel right, change JudgeTimeOffset and GameTimeoffset in system.cfg There is a way to make the whole game including the bios in English. See information down in this topic. Thanks to @ultrabub563 Common Issues If the game stuck at Starting Nesys, make sure that you have completed the main steps in the base game setup. If the game stuck at Starting Nesys, when running local server do not forget to allow local network access from your firewall when prompted. If the game shows error about RFID READ WRITE MODULE , make sure iDmacDrv32.dll is from jconfig not from openparrot/original. You can check this by file size, original is 76kb, jconfig one is 96kb, openparrot one is >100kb. If the game throws an assertion error, make sure the resolution setting in JConfig is correct (720x1280, not 1280x720) and you have changed system.cfg. If the game does not output any sound, in jconfig->settings, set analog1 and analog2 to max. If the game freezes, make sure you have disabled other network adapters. If the game cannot connect to the local server, make sure port 80 and 443 are not occupied by other program, and you have disabled other network adapters (and that includes VPN, Bluetooth network adapters and so on) When Jconfig.exe gets deleted by your viruscanner then exclude the folder and/or binary and/or restore. When jconfig.exe thows an error in the 'load regedit' step of the base game (even as an administrator) delete in the registry the entry and try again (older version messed things up) HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TAITO

I have a few questions on how to play this game at home. Playing with a keyboard or -with joy-to-key- a controller I do miss the touch-screen actions. - So is there a way to simulate the 'touch-screen' actions? (mouse, keyboard or controller) - If I am to buy a second touch capable monitor to play maimai (and jubeat afterwards) do the touch-actions work then? (maisense) Hope these questions aren't already answered but if so, I could not find these. -

Re-sharing the fun (did test it myself and I seem to miss a lot in the SDEZtools.zip) ...i fail to start SDEZ 1.35 (missing dll's) Hope you have more luck.... and to be honest: playing maimai without the proper hardware is not much fun. (Of course all credits go to the original supplier @OraimuDesR)....just resharing the fun Omnimix G090 v1.0 Only For SDEZ 1.35 maimai Deluxe Festival Plus (REAL, NOT 1.30 modded) https://pixeldrain.com/u/saX7cZEd Unpacked Assembly-Csharp.dll Patched debug input, network, misc QoL stuff (lockout, autoplay, singleplayer..) Including segatools (mai2hook) and configuration For server support, wait for future ARTEMiS update. They are working on it. Aqua won't work. SDEZ135tools.zip -
Because you are not very clear where you got your version of this game, if you installed and configured segatools and aqua... Here a link on how I got it working... Hope it will for you too

This guide is obsolete now. @meru_golang uploaded 1.40 fullpack (for which I am immensely grateful) which includes artemis portable and a readme.txt which says it all. Get the Ongeki 1.39 FullPack https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bgONt9moYYLFV34rbV9DLwMhI2YU5S9Y/view?usp=sharing (thanks to @meru_golang for this great upload) 1. Best install this game on a drive from the root. For example d:\ongeki or e:\ongeki Your mileage will change when putting it in subfolders like 'Program Files (x86)' and I noticed that this will create a subfolder in the amfs folder which prevents the bios from saving your settings. If you like your games on 1 place -like I do- you can use a subst command to create a new 'root' eg: SUBST I: E:"\Program Files (x86)\Ongeki 1.39\package-ongeki_1.39" (this will create an 'I:' drive) 2. Get your ip-adres (ipconfig in command box) and it looks something like 192.168.x.y Now change the following files application.properties remove the # before the two lines and set ip-adres allnet.server.host=<your ip adres> allnet.server.port=80 segatools.ini [dns] default=<your ip adres> [keychip] subnet=<your ip adres> 3. In order to make your card work (the one in the download made the game crash when using the aime card) delete (or if you don't trust this action just rename it) the /data/db.sqlite file Now start aqua by running start-aqua.bat (as administrator): This will create a new fresh db.sqlite file Now also start game by starting start.bat (as administrator) The first time takes longer as it will regenerate the data_cache.bin. It seems that booting stops with the second line flashing. It will take up to 5 minutes on a SSD drive for regenerating this data_cache.bin file so be patient. 4. Then when it does the bios checks it will stop and start flashing on the 5th entry in the bios start screen (Also use google translate on your phone) This entry translates roughly as 'get settings from reference machine A' Now enter the service menu (default '1' and you can also use '1' to navigate). The default 'enter' button = 'J' Navigate to 4th menu from top: "lever settings" and 'enter' the settings. Assuming you are going to use your mouse as 'lever' : Move your mouse left to right to calibrate When finished exit this screen (last option). And in the next menu go 'up' to save these settings and exit the next screen Navigate to 6th menu from top : "Game Settings" and change the first setting from A to OFF You can also play around with the options for credits. Exit this menu (last option) with the 'J' Now go to last entry to exit the bios settings. This should start the game. Now press and hold the <ENTER> key to register a new card. Default the middle row of your keyboard (ASD JKL) will handle the buttons, your mouse will handle the lever and mouse left and right clicks the sides. You can change the button assigment in segatools.ini Issues and possible solutions Booting stops flashing on the first line without going forward. in config_common.json under the line allnet_accounting change it to false. The bios settings are not saved so next time you need to calibrate again and set the game settings. You probably have the game on a folder and/or drive with subfolders. The game crashes when you attempt registering/using the aime card. Do not go into the blue button menu but just swipe your card right away. if you really want to have the arcade experience build your controller https://nananana.net/nageki-en/

Thanks ...is there some picture which shows the layout eg. Button 1 = left corner, button 2= right corner (these are just examples) I changed some settings in segatools.ini but now when I press for instance the zero on numeric keyboard the top left button is pressed 🙂 (and I wanted the bottom left corner) If not I will need to do it on trial-and-error base and -if interested- will share here -

Got the pre release fork 6.0.2.1 which works fine The pre release fork 6.0.2.2 gives the same timeout error Edit: it does work (playing around with unlock all navigators/appeal cards.... initially I did not have these enabled..now that I have the new plug-in seems to work) With new plugin I got all question marks (instead of some Japanese characters)... not a big deal but strange nonetheless -

When I run in 'normal' mode in both situations (6.0.0 and 6.0.2) the plugin is loaded. With 6.0.0 no issue, with 6.0.2 the 'not found' network error. When I run in -dev mode I get the log shown below BUT I have the same error with the 'older' 6.0.0 plugin so that seems not to be the issue? Keep up the good work btw.... very much appriciated!! Follow-up question on a difference between the total numbers in asphyxia song-list (for me now 1963) which is the same as the number of songs in music_db.xml versus the 1961 shown in SDVX (ALL) Do I miss two songs? If so: unfortunately It is nearly impossible to pin-point which 2 songs seems to be missing but hopefully someone knows more edit: it seems that song 1259 Automation Paradise and song 1911 Fantastic dreamer are somehow not available in EG although they are in music_db.xml (i scanned the spice log) and when I do find a song named Fantastic dreamer the spice64 log shows 1959_awakeningwings is loaded and there is a generic black Exceed Gear cover art for this song The score however is saved on song 1911? -

Thanks. I do have Omnimix and indeed these songs are also there: so it means I can delete them from the original music folder? Is there a way to see these omnimix songs also in the Asphyxia songlist? btw 1 song in omnimix is also still available in the music folder and music_db.xml (don't have song name at this moment but it is the one with the highest number) -

Because the numbers in my songlist in Asphyxia (for me now 1963) did not add up to the number of songs in the music folder (1974 excluding some *.vox files and 9001) I compared them with the ones in music_db.xml I did find out there are 11 songs missing in the music_db.xml (so that explains the difference 1963+11=1974) 1330_popteamepic_anime 1350_sugarsong_anime 1351_onlymyrailgun_anime 1352_harehareyukai_anime 1353_gabrieldropkick_anime 1354_paradisus_anime 1355_hitorigoto_anime 1356_japaripark_anime 1357_rpg_anime 1358_motteke_anime 1359_kiminoshiranai_anime Can I add them somehow so that they are in the songlist in Asphyxia and can be played? -

Perhaps you solved this already by yourself but if not: I had the same issue and for me deleting/renaming db.sqlite in /data folder solved this. Starting start-aqua.bat will create a new fresh database. Now when starting the game (start.bat) you can create a new card/profile and use it next time (press ENTER) Hope this solves it for you too
