Sounds like your EZMAX is in wrong mode, read Dao's manual and switch to INFINITAS mode https://www.dj-dao.com/en/ezmax are you sure you're supposed to bind "Y" axis?

spicecfg.exe -> Analogs tab -> Bind -> use the Sensitivity slider. for asphyxia, those are "warn" (warning) and not errors, so if your game plays fine, there is no problem.

Sometimes, when you download EXEs and DLLs in a browser, various virus / malware scans will complain, and that includes Malwarebytes, Defender built into Windows and Edge, Google's scanners built into Chrome, etc. They trigger false positives based on patterns in the file you are downloading. This means based on the contents of the DLL you download, it can complain, and make you click through a bunch of buttons to download. You make the decision if a file is actually safe or not. For "Gives a "We can’t connect to the server at undefined" error. " it sound pretty obvious that you ran into a problem with Malwarebytes specifically (e.g., malwarebytes servers are down at the moment) and nothing to do with actual virus or malware. For songs that kick you back out to the song selection, it means you have bad / missing/ corrupt files. For desync issues follow https://iidx.org/infinitas_pc except do it for spice64.exe

Write a batch script and pass in the (different) options as parameters. What number does it show during Monitor Check when you boot up the game? That's basically what determines the sync for the game. It's also useful if you can post log.txt so we can look at your spice configuration.

You're crashing on vpermd instruction because your processor is too old (i7-3770). I don't know if there is a hex edit for this, you'll have to find one.

Update to the latest spice2x, because EPOLIS I/O won't work on older versions of spice. Use the latest spice2x which has a fix for Epolis ASIO, open log.txt, it'll tell you if ASIO is being used instead of wasapi. You should not need to use the hex edit. (I wish people would just get the latest spice before complaining about things not working on the latest data.....)

For TDJ in a window you can try Enable Single Monitor Windowed Subscreen hex edit, and in spicecfg set "IIDX TDJ Subscreen Size" to fullscreen, and then press Page Up to bring up the subscreen in the main window, then use your mouse. For LDJ 120hz window just makes sure to... Change the monitor refresh rate before launching the game, and disable GSync and FreeSync, In the patcher, Force Custom Timing and Adapter Mode in LDJ (Experimental) -> enable Choose Custom LDJ Timing/Adapter FPS -> pick 120 Choose Fullscreen Monitor Check FPS Target -> pick 120 Skip Monitor Check -> DO NOT ENABLE THIS!!

did you try this? did you update the asphyxia plugin to the latest? it would be helpful if you can post the full log.txt, instead of trying to guess what the issue is.
