First of all, you attached the wrong log, this is saying you ran spice64.exe, but you need to run spice.exe. Second, you must register all codecs in the com directory before launching the game.

this means spicecfg can't find your DLLs, this happens right now if your path to the game has unicode characters get the latest spice2x and it'll have the option to delete your cards.

Read the readme file in that link, it tells you exactly what order you need to install. You have to start from a full install of Kaimei riddles (this is about 27GB on disk), and then install every update that is in that mega. Unilab updates have been spotty so maybe just stick to kaimei final for now until someone does a cleaner release.

Post the whole log.txt on pastebin and also screenshot your directories. You messed with the -modules parameter or put spice64.exe in the wrong location.

You don't need the patch anymore. You also shouldn't be turning off the feature, that's the opposite of what you want. What you said should not be happening (it certainly doesn't happen to everyone) so something is wrong on your PC or audio card. Maybe you can try enabling the Shared WASAPI patch.
