Good luck finding the instructions though.

  11. On latest spice2x, as long as you're on Nvidia GPU on a desktop, things should just work normally If you're on AMD GPU, or if you're on laptops, then use the Game FPS Target and Note FPS Target patches, and force FPS in spicecfg.

  16. There are two methods of setting keys in spice, Bind button and Naive button. Try one or the other and see if it's better.
  17. yes, look in spicecfg Analog tab and adjust sensitivity EDIT: if you are using a keyboard, then you can go to Advanced tab and use SDVX Digital Knob Sensitivity.

  20. Try clicking on Naive instead of Bind in spicecfg. and make sure you are running slidershim as administrator. Otherwise spice won't pick it up. Just tried it and works fine for me.
