Has there been a regression in Teknoparrot? (Left Analog Stick not working in a lot of fighting games)

I wasn't sure where to post this. If this is the wrong section I apologize (maybe move it if possible?)

 

I updated Teknoparrot but then even after I map my left analog stick on my gamepad they don't work in many fighting games. Like almost all of them. If I use the d-pad they work. If i use an old version of Teknoparrot they work. This would have to be a regression in Teknoparrot would it not?
