Is there a pre compiled BORF for Hypseus?  I am having a lot of trouble trying to figure out what goes where when I download a game like COPS.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So if you use BORF, do you need anything else to get COPS to run (other than the rom)? I'm having issues setting up hypseus also.

I'm trying to set up BORF, and its asking for a frame file. I'm trying to play COPS and have no clue what a frame file is.

There are 4 files in the cops release:
 

cops.m2v
cops.ogg
cops.txt   <=
cops.zip

 

Take an educated guess which might be the one that holds information on the required video media, called a "framefile".
