I did replace the bin files but that didnt fix the reloading either.

ok, It does work like a charm, it is "Search mode" and at the end the more you kill ennemies the more you have chance to have medals, more medals mean more chance to complete the word WANTED, if you have all WANTED letters you can kill a BOSS ! and in TEST menu you can choose difficulty...you can also choose to have only the first 1,2,3,4 letters of the word "wanted", for example: W and with a W medal you have access to the boss

it's easier to access a boss, because the medals that make up the WANTED are linked to luck, with 1 letter you are at peace of being able to see the boss !

Works great! Took me a little bit to understand what's going on, but I figured it out after getting the W and A for WANTED. Will have to look at Test menu later. Good work Argon.

 

Now I just have to make notes for working on arcade OST now that it's playable. 👍

The game doesnt run in full screen for me. it sits in the top left of my screen. Am i doing something wrong? How do i run it in full screen?

Try to lower your desktop res using 4:3 scale and then run it.

use scale option "full screen" with AMD/NVIDIA control panel if it doesn't work start in windowed mode and use Lossless Scaling /magpie / IntegerScaler / Sclender....

harcoded keys from argon launcher. Wait for a Demulshooter Release from him. You can also shoot the edge of the screen to Reload.

To be exact,the launcher is just....launching the game. Nothing more 

 

Controls are native from the game, I did not changed anything in that launcher

A closer look at the real cabinet, apparently there are many outputs, lamps, motors, 3 rotating barrels, etc. 
There is a significant level of hardware complexity!

Check the video above, this is how it is in the og arcade game, there is no real concept of player 1 and 2, as soon you that insert medals you can shoot with both guns. Same in freeplay games.

As hiding the mouse cursor you need do it yourself, or use an extarnal software for now.

In the game folder there is a file called "mxGetHwInfo.ini" where these resolutions are reported, so in theory you could bring it to 1360x768, I tried to modify the file by changing the parameters but the resolution always remains the same

Hi, I changed "Env window width" from 1024 to 1360 and "Env window height" leaved the same.

Now the result is this:

For example a 3x upscale + anisotropic texture filtering on a 1920p screen :

Tried dgvoodoo but seems does not work: I copied "dgvoodoo.conf" , "dgvoodoocpl.exe" and the .dlls from MS\x86 folder.... maybe I done something wrong?

Yes, you have to point to "gunman_dxF.exe" in exe folder

in order to test or to have boss faster you can choose this in the test mode : (It means you will have the 1st Boss FREE, and to have the 2nd boss you will need one last Letter. Afterwards you will have to collect all the letters of the word WANTED to get the next bosses)
