Had this happen while selecting VOID, I'm not sure what happened.

Also is there a way to enable EXTRA STAGE/OMES in asphyxia?

make sure you disable omni, and enable "unlock all songs" hex edit, seems to work fine for me (i played VOID)

Could you provide a working patches.json? I tried copying those code in patches.json, and the patch doesn't show up in spicecfg.

previous post was an edit for bemanipatcher, that's why it didn't work for you.

Make sure you update prop\ea3-config.xml to the correct date (2023090500).

Since I didn't control VSync, I'll try to patch it again with a clean DLL.
