Thanks for sharing the empty movie. It's the best solution so far until a fix to it is available. May I know if everyone has the same issue or just certain hardware specifications that cause the intro movie to be so solow?

I can get the game to start in Teknoparrot but controls do not work, have tried keyboard and wheel controls. Have also moved folder to C drive

 

as soon as i touch any control when the race starts, it jumps back to a menu screen showing one of the car characters (can't do anything from that screen)

 

Any suggestions ?

Hi everyone, I have a problem with this game, basically the "Disney-Pixar Cars" window opens for a few moments but then closes immediately.

My configuration is as follows:

 

CPU: i5 6500
GPU1 (integrated): Intel HD530
GPU2: Nvidia GT1030 2GB DDR5
RAM: 16GB
TeknoParrot: 1.0.0.743
O.S .: Windows 10

 

What can I do to fix? Thanks

Hey @7zxkv, would you be able to reupload the original "dizne_pixr_carz.imgc" to a site other than uptobox?  E.g. Mega, Google Drive, etc...

 

I don't mind waiting for a slow download with the free tier, but I cannot download it on said free tier.

 

EDIT: Nevermind, found a full unencrypted DVD backup of the same version (PixarCars 1.42-CEC).  Neat!

the video that starts to play before the crash is corrupt, this happened to me as well. Just copy and rename another one of the attract videos and it will work.

Got it running standalone Jconfig (No Teknoparrot) 1440p most roms i found with either white screen or open then close are missing codex or visual c files i only send links by email in discription of video as last chanel was lost for people reporting me having links.
