I play in 720p and also tried to put my monitor in 720p and also tried 480p, changed from OpenGL to Vulkan, tried to use various types of Shader Mode, PPU decoder, SPU decoder. I have literally tried anything but despite this the game continues to have the same problems. Also I don't even think the problem is the hardware (16gb ram, r5 3600, rtx2060). Can anyone help me?
