virtua tennis 4 resolution how to

im so sorry this is probably in the wrong thread, just curious how you change the resolution in virtua tennis 4, have tried everything i can find on google with still no look, Im only able to see half the screen in windowed mode and the game wont launch in non windowed mode.

look at this. you can try whats in the video.  its only the start too

I'm on 1.0.0.265 version. I know this issue was already discussed on github, btw i don't understand how i can fix this. Any help please? Thanks.

i did it by 

 

find tekno ini file ,     change res in file to     1920x 1080..;;   

 

then load up through    teknoparot metal if you got it 

 

still stuck on tekken and id 8  resolution's though
