I know one issue seems to be if you try load pro mode with windows resolution lower then certain value it wont open.

 

For my cab PCs with 1360x768 I had to change windows resolution to 1920x1080

Is there HD patch that works with 2.08? downloaded one but kills game think it might be for uk version no idea??? USING WITH Teknoparrot

Thank you Boomslangz work very good for me with 2 professional mode actived

FFB are wonderfull

with a G29 steering wheel and a manual gearbox everything works perfectly.
The driving sensation is superb
The only flaw in this game is the graphics which are really ugly and there is a lot of aliasing

you can play in HD or 4k with dgvodoo. You only have a problem with light reflecting over the car. I think there is Something to tune with it and reshade. With dgvodoo you can play ford racing and chase HQ2 in the resolution you want with the same glitch. I play with anyway…...If someone can search to solve it it coul be just perfect (because all the rest menu etc is perfect).

 

pb solved use fx 5700ultra mode in dgvodoo (no matter if only 256mb it work in 4k i can tell Something else more simple) thank you for all

Hello friend I have xinput enabled and I use the control of xbox one and gas and brake do not work for me in version 2.08 it is perfect but in 2.03 it is not

hm odd.

 

Could you try going to user profiles folder in Teknoparrot and deleting the BattleGear4.xml file

 

then load Teknoparrot and add game and add Battle Gear 4 again and set up again

 

See if its some xml issue

use fx5700ultra mode (with 256mo) not the virtual 3d acceleration card if you want reflecting on the car and good color. For me it work perfectly in 3840*2160 with:

Dgvoodoo 2.63.2 

win10 

my hardware :

rtx2060super 

i5 9400k

 

I'm on a fake video card on Dgvoodoo but for now with a fx5700 with 4096 on ram there is no change. i will check if there are some glitch on games if ok i will post it.

i'm not a newbe in numeric system such as Professional automated system or HMI but i have Discover recently the world of emulation  and laucher because i'm on a big projet of a fully race cab setup (with brushless axes and more). I'm not a killer with pc but i'm very very very stubborn ! 

 

For now and as i've said before it work perfectly with ford racing and chase HQ (i'have got to clean my version because sometime it crash after the third part but i'm in uhd and reshade perharps it's too much).

 

For other game as dirty Driving i'm open to learn about bitmap hud position or zoom with some information to begin.

 

for color use reshade or just adjust with the control panel of dgvoodoo

Thanks, the FX5700 card works great! However the mini map track disappears when upscaling leaving just an empty hexagon - I can see from your screenshot thatndoesnt affect you however. Did you have to fix this too?

Thank you for your sharp eyes! I've got the same issue for now. I will take a look but i've got not so many time and I'm on mamehooker to enable real hardware.

I also have the problem of controller not working well it's a steering wheel but it's xinput and I checked xinput in the settings and mapped the buttons but doesn't work.

I need some help with this game please.

 

The Teknoparrot version works fine with my steering wheel, but it's not fullscreen.

I tried the v08 or 07 and when I try Directx 9 with jconfig the screen just flashes. When I try with gameloader the game is fullscreen and looks fine, but I don't know how to add controls? My steering wheel isn't working with it. If I try to add the controls in jconfig it gives me a long error message. 

 

Edit: just tried to add controls with x360ce, and got the same message.

Is it possible to get full HD and  FFB?

I tried Dgvoodoo for HD and Boomslangnz 's plugin for FFB. Since they both use modified Dx3d9 dll, they do not seem compatible.

 

EDIT: you can rename the dll for the FFB plugin. I used winmm.dll

Set your IP's in the 192.168.1.xxx range and use game.exe from game.rar above (for every single machine).

I have disappointing effects for this game using the FFB plugin 2.1 with my DFGT driving wheel (for example, no effect for collision between cars). Is it the same for you?

le FFB fonctionnait bien dans la direction gauche et droite

mais je ne joue plus avec ce jeu j'avais juste fait quelques essais pour voir.
