did you get the fix from the fix channel? 
or here?. unzip and place it in the game folder.

No I hav'nt got the fix from the channel,I seen something from a post from above that had the ddlls,I'm sure if that were the fix or not plus If so I did'nt know where to put them .Any ideas?? I'm open for any subjections,this game is really fun

download the dll files zip from the previous page and put them in the same folder as the "game" executable that you select in the game settings.

This version of Revolt  is  version 1.10 . It will run on windows  11 . It passes version check in tecknoparrot but it will not run in it.
