Try it again and don't press anything it makes a noise anyway I thought I was entering coins too but it just makes a noise. I think there's no input once the yellow screen of death comes up and it's froze. But that is interesting that it happens on Teknoparrot as well.

I unplugged all usb devices and still got error.

No I've been trying to fix it all day.

I highlighted the exe and unplugged every single usb I had, hit enter on my laptop keyboard and it still gave me an error, the error did change from e1911 to 1901 though but I have no idea what either one is.

One question though I keep seeing people say they're using the "right version of Jconfig" I only see one on the Jconfig page and that's the one I've used, is there a second one? I'd like to try it if so.

I use an app called usbdeview which can disable and enable usb devices. I just disabled every single device except my mouse and I still get the same error. If the mouse is causing it that's some bs.

I've already repeated with a clean copy, I don't have another PC that can handle this game. I appreciate the attempt but most likely someone who created the JConfig or someone who fixed the problem are the only ones who can probably give a correct answer. You obviously don't get that same yellow box every time so you can't help it's a waste of time to just keep guessing. Or someone who knows Japanese because it probably says what the error is but I don't know Japanese.

I've tried every button on my controller to be test and service menu, nothing works. You dont have the same issue as I do so you can't help.

My mousepad on my laptop doesn't work so I have to use a usb mouse, so I can't just unplug everything. If you have to unplug all usb devices to play it's not even worth it to me anyway can't use a controller or anything. No other game makes you do that.

I have the same problem and haven't been able to fix it. I think it's frozen once that yellow box pops up and that's why there's no way to enter test menu or anything. I have tried everything. I thought it was me only because no one else seems to have that issue. The only thing that's in english is E1911 which I assume is Error 1911, but I have no idea what that means or why I'm getting it.

Yes there is no other version AFAIK. It just came out today and it's todays date.

I can't even get to that screen. When I hit whatever button I choose on my controller for test mode or service mode it does nothing. Most likely because the yellow screen is causing the game to freeze and it comes up immediately so I can't do anything.

I dont get a black screen until I hit escape after its stuck on the yellow box error. This screen capture was with terminal mode but it's the same thing without terminal mode. Unable to get past that yellow box.

I guess I give up for now. I redownloaded it, put it on C: drive, tried Windows 8 compatibility. Nothing works just yellow box and I can't enter test or service mode. Pretty sure it freezes for me on that yellow box, I can't even hit alt enter and escape causes my monitor to turn black I have to change the HDMI to another number then turn it back (laptop hooked up to Television). I have almost every other game on this site working.

Forgot to mention yes I did and it crashes back to desktop when I use it. I have Nvidia GTX 1650 16 GB Ram I5-9300H I'm going to try to redownload it and start over from scratch.

Yes i copied all the files from Jconfig to the directory and overwrote wmn6r.exe. I've used Jconfig many times.

I haven't been able to get into test mode I've tried setting the buttons to different buttons on my xinput controller (it is set to xinput in Jconfig also) the yellow box pops up which I think is an error every time. I tried in terminal mode or not terminal mode made no difference.

There's probably not any working controls yet. I'm guessing we will need JConfig or Teknoparot or something else.

It boots without any Jconfig or anything, but I can't get past the first screen. I'm not sure if it froze or it's lack of controller support because it's in Japanese. Edit: I was able to exit the game with escape key so I don't think it's froze most likely needs Jconfig or Teknoparrot to have controls I guess.

We need lightgun support I posted the Ghost Squad video on arcadecontrols forum in the Demulshooter thread, not sure if argon will want to tackle it though.

A Gears of War 3, no not God of War 3, Gears of War 3 prototype for PS3 was released. It can boot to the title screen on RPCS3 currently. It can only be played on a PS3 devkit that has extra ram. unless it can be made playable on RPCS3.
