There is a 60 fps patch available for MotorStorm Pacific Rift. Check it out in the Patch Manager.
It's weird i have that checked and saved already before you posted this. Still doesn't seem right.
Is it smooth as butter for you?

It's useless to quote him, he left us for sure, avatar changed, no infos in his account page and impossible to send him private messages.
I think I ran him off but it's his fault. I asked for help with a rpcs3 game, he said he would help if I thanked him for past help. I showed multiple times where I thanked him, and he disappeared right after that.

Can someone help me with XQEmu? It says it needs certain files from the Xbox to work and I don't have those. When I click on xqemu.exe nothing happens.
Had anyone had any luck with ToeJam & Earl III or Tao Feng on any emulator?

This game has worked with an Aimtrak for a long time now. As soon as it got Demulshooter support if not earlier.

Why waste time on the training mode when you can get the full game PC version?

What are your PC specs? In the search box type system information and click on Processor and hit ctrl+ c and paste it here.

The compatibility website is old. Look at the dates.
RPCS3 is updated all the time, sometimes multiple times a day.
Look at reddit or discord server, or sometimes you just have to try the game yourself.
RPCS3 is more dependent on fast cpu with 4 cores or more, and not video card.
For Pacific Rim
Under CPU
PPU & SPU decoder= Recompiler LLVM, Enable thread schedular, spu loop detection, spu cache. SPU Block Size Mega, Preferred SPU Threads Auto
Under GPU
Renderer= Vulkan, Framelimit may have to be adjusted, Default Resolution 1280x720, Resolution Scale (Reduce this if you have slowdown)
Shader Mode=Async (multi threaded). Additional Settings= Write Color Buffers, Multithreaded RSX.
Under Advanced
Only select Load liblv2.sprx only
These settings work for 99% of games. The Write Color Buffers is not needed most of the time but fixes quite a few games.
Other games that might work for Arcade type setups if you like American football.
Madden NFL Arcade
Tecmo Bowl Throwback,
There's also quite a few old games like Virtua Fighter 2, etc. But I prefer those under Mame
I have 4 cores and a computer that can play 100% of all PC games that are currently out. I've been able to play quite a few games on rpcs3 already. It's probably just that it needs these settings you mentioned doesn't matter computer you have. Thanks for the info.
Did everything you said, Motorstorm Pacific Rift and Apocalypse still running like hell :( I set Framelimit to 30 and reduced resolution scale.
I mean I have a CFW PS3 and have these games on PS3 so it's not the end of the world, I'm just trying to get all arcade type racing/fighting/lightgun games on my PC and I can use my steering wheel with them.
Edit: I think I solved it by maximizing audio buffer.
Another Edit: No Pacific Rift still skips. Oh well.

I have a Nvidia GTX 1650 and Pacific Rift is lagging. What settings are needed?
Edit: Same Apocalypse. Constant sound skips.

Yes, MotorStorm works quite well. An occasional freeze but for the most part solid game play the entire time. Apocalypse was slower but recent updates have improved all three versions.
Interesting so the compatibility list isn't necessarily accurate? What about Gran Turismo 5 or 6 they working?

Others that work good for arcade
3 on 3 NHL Arcade
Astro tripper
Blast Factor
Choplifter HD
Marvel ultimate alliance
Metal Slug X, 2, 3
Motorstorm Pacific Rift
Motorstorm Apocalypse
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
NFL Blitz
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 and 2
Pure
Shank 2
Shatter
Sky Force Anniversary
Super Stardust HD
Wipeout HD
Those Motorstorm games work? They don't show as working on the compatibility list but just that you can get ingame. Same for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit, and only Ninja Gaiden Sigma 1 works. Not every PS3 game works on rcps3.

Just set this up on my 10 year old pc. Loaded up confidential mission and it was shit.
Switched to full screen 16: 9, set my dolphin bar up and this baby is cooking on gas.
All credit to the devs. This is an amazing emulator.
I can't believe it can run on such basic hardware.
Shame that not many lightgun games were made for the Dreamcast.
If it had Naomi support as well I'd be ecstatic.
Just use Demul (if your computer can run it good, it can be tricky to get full speed even on a new computer) and you get several Naomi and Atomiswave lightgun games that are good.

Is it possible to play with a lightgun instead of a mouse?
When I put my gun at the screen it points to the ceiling and spins in circles.

that's crazy what happened to arcades they used to pit players against each other physically and or gave you the versus mode to experience the games storylines and characters but now ppl play online they just did away with what made arcades the very best gaming platforms in the gaming business ain't nothing like the 80's and 90's we need this style of gaming back
True, but I think because of this virus even if arcades were like they used to be you wouldn't be able to play against different people standing right next to you due to social distancing. So it can't be the same and probably never would be the same anyway .

Apologies but the other person started it trying to demand thanks out of me. Moving on....
Does anyone know why King of FIghters XII and XIII give me a white screen? They're both working in the compatibility list.
Thanks in advance!

Not all of your "help" is helpful. You've helped me maybe once or twice that really helped me. If I didn't say thanks it wasn't on purpose but I will ask that you do NOT help me anymore.
Also I remember helping you once don't remember if you said thanks or not don't really care.
Everything was just fine between me and you as far as i was concerned. Look right here I said thanks. So I guess want thanks every single time you help someone or even make a suggestion which is usually all you do that's ridiculous you are ridiculous LOL. Actually here's two times I said thanks. So your ego got in the way and you started this for no reason. It is sad that you spend your entire life chasing internet praise. Maybe go outside. I am completely right your ego gets in the way. Why don't you do a disclaimer "I will help you but you better thank me" you did that to me today.
I never played this too and I will give it a try some day.
Check the post by Viperone2020 above, 5 GB links here seem to work. I loaded them in jdownloader and there are the 2 versions mentioned in 1st post + the spicetools.
CHEERs
Thanks for the info. How do you launch the game? I've never used spicetools before.
According to the Demulshooter page there's no test mode, there's not even a test mode button option in Jconfig. Service button didn't work either. Yes it's on dinput.
Nevermind tried it again and it did enter coins and it's working, Demulshooter even closed when the game closed so all is well. Thanks
No problem, you are welcome...I was going to send you a JConfig configuration I did for you

I've seen you do this before your ego gets in the way you're helpful but yet you also have an ego. Should let the ego go. If you didn't want to help me anymore you could have just not replied. I'll manage just fine without you. I've helped people many times on many forums and I don't expect thanks it really doesn't matter to me but I guess you're only doing it for the thanks and the likes. Why don't you, I don't know, play some video games instead of helping people just for attention.

Does anyone know how to or have the files needed to unlock the full game of NBA Jam On Fire Edition? I think i need the fix and an .edat file but I can't find them. Can only find the pkg which installs the trial version.

I get that arcade games are cool but some of you are missing out on the same experience just without the ability to add coins that aren't even real. Just installed PC version it has episode mode offline mode everything you are hoping the arcade version will someday have but not even guaranteed. Same graphics, same everything.

Already did that, did everything suggested by anyone in the first page. Nothing worked. I don't care to play training mode only anyway so I don't care anymore. I'm downloading the PC version right now.

well i took a look at the specs and for ttx3 games it's not demanding specs so might be some settings you got wrong for jconfig or could be something on your end
Dude Jconfig is not that complicated. There's only a couple of things you can check. It's not something I'm doing it's some other kind of more complicated issue. You're not very good at helping.
Look at the first page most are getting the errors you're just one of the lucky ones that it works for you no problems.
Anyway if this is training mode only I have zero interest anyway. PC version is full version.

But wait is it training mode only anyway? I'll definitely just go for the PC version then.

well yea i understand that i was asking you did you put the files where the game.exe is( just seeing if that is your problem), also what is your video card amd or nvidia?
Nvidia GTX 1650 16 GB Ram. I can play all PC games at minimum level and I think 91% at recommended. Just because some need 8 gb of video ram I only have 4 gb.
There's gotta be some reason that is currently unknown that it works on some computers and not others it's not about how powerful the computer is. I think there's two of you that have it working the rest of us are getting errors.

I wonder if the graphics problems during cutscenes will ever be fixed. rpcs3 version works fine, but you can't shake your lightgun like a move controller which is required to reload and shove zombies off. So there's no perfect way to play this with a lightgun on PC right now.
