Why taking the hard route when KFC-2021083100 is already on nyaa.si? There's no such thing is a full game if you ask me. You can get KFC-2021121400 (if you know where to find it, you know) and apply the KFC-2021121400 to KFC-2022042500 update to it.

Seems like you're using data_mods. Go into the data_mods folder and delete the cache folder. It's not a mining program, the 100% CPU usage after starting the game is the sign of you not patching the DLL properly. Run these commands in CMD to get rid of the 100% CPU usage and patch the DLL file properly before you start the game. PowerCfg /SETACVALUEINDEX SCHEME_CURRENT SUB_PROCESSOR IDLEDISABLE 000 PowerCfg /SETACTIVE SCHEME_CURRENT

If you have a secondary monitor, this often happens. Make sure the second monitor is set to 60Hz while the first set to 120Hz, you can check these settings again after the game started to make sure the settings is correct. I'd go with single monitor most of the time because it feels a lot smoother.
