Maybe the ini needs some changes but here modified ini doesn't work, the game doesn't use the settings I put..

Which version of PCSX2 you are running? Here it works good with v1.7, it needs only OpenGL HW as video renderer, check Enable HW Hacks and check then Auto Flush and Align Sprite. CHEERs

I already tried it and mentioned in previous msg...in test menu there are only audio options and modifyng the ini file it doesn't work because it's related to a system plugin that does nothing on PC.

You can get a crosshair launching the game from a frontend like LaunchBox. I have a crosshair script for that. I'm using it for shooter games without native crosshair like Naomi games. I think GL can load a crosshair too for replacing the mouse one in use. Don't know how to do it but I read it here on Emuline. CHEERs

What is the advantage to use new keys posted?

Increase frame skip on the fly with F9 until you get no audio distortion and a good speed ( here with an i7 4790k I set 7/8 frameskip and it runs good ). CHEERs

Flycast is very good for Naomi 1 ( not all titles, shooters run bad ) and for Sammy Atomiswave. The guy behind the project is very active and I hope one day he will make that emulator able to run all titles. Demul is the only one who run the whole library.

Settings I'm using depend the game I want to play. I haven't one settings for all games and I don't play the 2D games you mentioned with PCSX2, sorry. I can tell you to try different combinations with HW and SW until you find a good one.

After updated JConfig files for DOA there's no audio anymore. I tried to put back previous one but I have no sound...really weird. No sound using TeknoParrot too.
