alright after further testing i can confirm the game does not work on NVIDIA or INTEL gpu's. I tried it on my small business desktop that i use for stepmania which has a Radeon HD 8570 and the game booted with no problems. However, when i tried it on my main desktop which has a GTX 1660 and my gaming laptop which has both a GTX 1050 and Intel HD Graphics, all i got was a black screen. Also the bemani patcher does not work at all due to the patches using the incorrect offsets so until that is fixed the bemani patcher will not work. At this point if you want to unlock everything in the game, you're gonna have to use the DDR X Unlock Codes Here: https://zenius-i-vanisher.com/v5.2/ddrxunlockcodes.php

Anyone even managed to get this working at all? because I have both the japanese data and the us data and none of them work at all. the japanese one doesn't even work with bemani tools and the us one boots but is stuck on a black screen and freezes to the point where i cannot close it normally. in fact i have to sign out of windows and sign back in just to close the game.

wow thats sick how did you get supernova 2? also the dump of supernova that i have is missing the hdd id and ilink so thats probably why i cant get mine working.

Yes, I am aware, but I managed to acquire it before it went dead. unfortunately, I don't know any other links. I could probably try uploading it myself but i will have to find a way to compress the image file

are you sure? i mean its in compressed zip files and even after uncompressing them, it still comes out as a full 40gb .img file. its also the same for the Thrill Drive 3 dump as well. in fact as i mentioned before even trying to boot td3 without the dnasload.elf will just boot the bios screen. Does anyone even know how to extract the dnasload.elf from the img file? because the people behind the thrill drive 3 project managed to do so.

Also the method that was used to boot thrill drive 3 was by using the dnasload.elf file which i dont have for ddr supernova

i got it from here: KONAMI / Облако Mail.ru. And I did the same setup for td3 but the emulator just wont start the game. the instructions on github say i just need to boot bios but it just goes straight to the ps2 home screen.

I don't what went wrong but asphyxia no longer works for me when setting up cards. I have the plugin installed and it connects to the server, but the game outright refuses to set up cards. it USED TO WORK, but now it doesn't and no matter what kind of version of asphyxia im using, no card can be set up. this is also affecting DDR as well. Anyone have a clue on how to fix this?

downloaded matixx and got the game running but the sound effects are absent. is there a way to fix that? Edit: also the background videos do not loop properly they just freeze once it ends. Another Edit: nevermind got the sound problem figured out but the bga's still freeze.

i keep getting avs-ea3: shutdown avs-core: shutdown and the game doesn't load Edit:nvm I got it however all the new 2021 songs do not show on the songlist is there something missing? Another Edit: I also have to point out that I'm using the http://services.eamuse.network/ server that @fuckddr put out but when i insert e-amusement card on the login screen I always have to create a new profile every time i restart the game aside from those oddities the game works fine but if anyone could figure out a way to fix the login problem and hopefully figure out a way to save scores and edit the online exclusives options that would be great

Wow! Do i feel like an idiot, turns out my butterfly was not updated so I deeply apologize for thinking it wasn't working. My fault for not checking it thoroughly though. Also for the whole port thing technically the default port in butterfly is 80 but since my computer is for some reason occupying that port i had to change it to something else and assign it to the game so that way the game will connect to the butterfly server without any issues.

thanks for the fix but butterfly still doesn't work yet I mean the server works and i assigned the port to the game (and butterfly does detect it) but nothing else happens and the game still gives a server error so until someone figures out how to make butterfly compatible with the new update there is just no way to play with e-amusement.

okay so a few things I found with the 202002030 update. The game works using spicetools however there are limitations. There is NO ea3-config.xml file so I don't know how to assign the butterfly server port manually (unless you guys managed to figure how to assign butterfly without the xml file but for now there's just no way to play the game with butterfly). You can play the game using maintenance mode but without the e amusement not all songs are available. Speaking of which the contents folder does NOT have a gamemdx.dll of it's own so i have to use the one from the 2019090300 update which works so there's that. Overall the game is playable but without e-amusement not everything will be available. I will attach a log file for you guys to see. Make sure your folder is in Read+Write mode as i got game crashes when changing settings in the operator menu. log.txt
