  1. BepInEx Installation Guide for Unity games in TeknoParrot Since a lot of people seem to still struggle with this, I decided to write up a basic tutorial. This guide aims to provide basic setup instructions for installing the BepInEx plugin/modding framework for Unity based games that have been made playable with TeknoParrot. Pre-Setup Acquire the game files as you would for any other games. I can not and will not help you find these. Download the required BepInEx software from: https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/tag/v5.4.23.2 Please Note: Most games will require the x64 release, with a few exceptions that require the x86 version, as noted in the Special Notes section at the end of this document. Make sure your TeknoParrot software is up to date after the game is officially added and required updates have merged to the TeknoParrot GitHub. Download the required game specific TeknoParrot plugin from the #fixes channel on the TeknoParrot Discord server https://discord.com/invite/bntkyXZ Installation Now that you’ve acquired all the required files, let’s get started! I promise you this is not hard, and takes only a very small amount of computer knowledge and skill. The following game & pictures are only shown as an example, but the overall process is the same for each game, other than those with game specific variations which will be discussed in the Special Notes at the end of this guide. Ready? Then let’s go! Step 1: Unzip the downloaded game files with your software of choice, and you should have something like this (Mars Sortie used as an example) Above is an example of a clean dump. If your game looks something like this picture below: You will need to do the following: Delete the BepInEx folder entirely, and also the following files - .doorstop_version, changelog.txt, doorstop_config.ini, and winhttp.dll. These are BepInEx files added by another person, possibly for use with another loader. You will want to start with clean files to avoid any possible issues. Step 2: Find and extract the version of BepInEx you downloaded earlier. Extract it directly into your game folder. Before After Here is what the inside of the BepInEx should like like before you attempt to play the game: It should only have a folder named core before the first run of the game. Step 3: Before going into the TeknoParrot UI to set up, or launching the game, double click on the game’s exe file and let the game attempt to load. This step will let BepInEx create the other additional files & folders it needs to work with the game correctly. The game may not do anything, may show a black screen, or it may crash entirely. This is normal and perfectly okay. Close the game window however necessary, and now the inside of your BepInEx folder should look like this: Step 4: Extract the required TeknoParrot plugin you downloaded from the #fixes channel on their discord into the BepInEx\plugins\ folder as shown: Step 5: Open your TeknoParrot UI and configure the game & controller settings to your liking, the same as any other TeknoParrot game. The game should now work and play as intended. Any issues or help should be sought out from the TeknoParrot discord. Congratulations!! See how easy that was? Special Notes: 1) Wild West Shootout requires the x86 version of BepInEx 2) Family Guy Bowling requires the BepInEx config file, located in the \BepInEx\config\ folder, to be edited in a txt file editor. Change Type=Application to Type=MonoBehaviour as shown in the following example. 3) It’s uncommon, but some people may need to use slightly older versions of the BepInEx software. 4) Not BepInEx related, but Nerf Arcade will give you a popup about Pk-UnityPlugin.dll. You can either uncheck the GraphicsFix box in the Game Settings, or continue to search Google. Should you succeed in finding it, this file should be placed in your \Nerf_Data\Plugins\ folder, not the \BepInEx\plugins\ folder.
  2. my comment wasn't directed at you Krit. it was aimed at the people who complain about pixeldrain links, even though they rarely share anything themselves.
  3. beggars can't be choosers
  4. I use Magpie https://github.com/Blinue/Magpie/releases/download/v0.11.1/Magpie-v0.11.1-x64.zip
  5. you could use a software like AntiMicroX to map keyboard keys to controller https://github.com/AntiMicroX/antimicrox
  6. I don't know if I'm "the one" but I do finally have a link 😉 TP caught us off guard so it was a group effort to scramble and get the puzzle pieces put together a working version. Credit for this one goes to the TFK group and everyone involved there. I'll leave this link active for 14 days, so mirror & share if you don't want the game to disappear! And as always credit to Eggman and his fantastic setup guides
  7. https://pixeldrain.com/u/TWuGYWRo i suggest everyone starts to mirror and share.
  8. this has been posted before. definitely posted in 1cc months ago. it's basically garbage more or less. so I wouldn't waste the bandwidth or storage space. it's an incomplete dump, and still has a bunch of files encrypted and dongle checks. the actual real dump is on hold from the person who dumped it, from being released until there's more development for a 64bit elf loader (ie. TP).
  9. his folder is fine and already named that. that's the just warning text from the TP popup and it won't effect the game.
  10. that's because this build is made specifically for the two Wangan games.
  11. will definitely need the NITRIC usb card emulated for I/O to work properly.
  12. install an xbox dashboard. i used 4817. also clear symbol cache in the emu settings every time you change games.
  13. no problem. and yeah, copying BepInEx from another game will almost always cause issues since it creates its own config & cache files for each game.
  14. then you don't have the correct exe
  15. did you just make a BepInEx and plugin folder? you need to actually download and extract BepInEx from their GitHub, into the game folder. need to use the x64 version of it. https://github.com/BepInEx/BepInEx/releases/download/v5.4.23.2/BepInEx_win_x64_5.4.23.2.zip
  16. so you've figured out a way to run the frontend and the database server required to actually run the game?
  17. just checked it now and it's still up. don't know why he'd ban you. you're not the one who emailed him about stealing and profiting from other people's work 😉 that email was obvious received since he updated the link, but he didn't have the balls to reply.
  18. here you go. use up romcollector's bandwidth https://mega.nz/file/qcpT1BoA#fYroOGRMB2iB3_DlwQmCZnKCbMyDATk5jknMXwR4jE4
  19. no. you need to install BepInEx 64bit and place it inside the plugins folder in the BepInEx folder after you extract and install it.
  20. you don't need the dongle info. you need a different dump that has the dongle check removed.
  21. because it needs the realtek audio drivers enabled and functional
  22. that's the problem. there's only a few of us that ever do. everybody wants to download everything, but nobody wants to reupload themselves to keep sharing.
  23. link in description
  24. the Linux elf executables were removed at the request of the person who dumped & decrypted the game. the only Linux stuff that remains are the libs for I/O in case they were needed to use as reference by any dev that wanted to work on it.
  25. did you even look at the wiki page?
