Test joystick in Windows, before you start Spiceconfig ?

Try another joystick / model / usb port ?

No other "drivers / tools" used for joystick, I/O ? (joy2key for example)

Does Windows see the (wireless) joystick, does it see the wireless receiver ?

When it is connected it should light up the top left quadrant.

Sometimes the receiver is seen as a unknown device, add it by choosing the driver in Windows.

Test menu works with mouse emulating the touchscreen.

I can move it around as needed and save it afterwards.
 

I do not use joy2key or other tools for inputs.

How do you get the Xbox 360 controller to recognize you? Can you show an image of it? It doesn't recognize it for me, just keyboard and mouse.

Changes:

• Free-play is now enabled, you should no longer have to worry about inserting credits.
• Reverted some previous changes to fix any issues previous users experienced despite being able to play with the previous build.
• Some/most of the error screens being displayed at start-up should no longer occur. 

No promises on it being successfully added, but we are at least starting attempts at getting the matchmaking working (this is not included in this build).

@ViRuS-MaN  You need to turn card reader OFF to advance in game.

You have to press whatever you chose for L1 and R3 button together and keep them pressed the whole time (Don't let go even when in test menu) with L1 and R3 still pressed, keep pressing the SELECT button a few times until you enter TEST menu.

In TEST menu, i use D PAD to navigate menu. go to GAME OPTIONS and PRESS SELECT KEY.

Go down to CARD R/W. Press SELECT (It will flash) I then press D PAD up or Down until is says OFF. Press SELECT to keep it OFF.

Go to EXIT and press SELECT

LET GO OFF L1 and R3 buttons

You will now be able to start game. 

Once you play a different game and launch this one again, you will need to turn OFF card Reader to start up game (No saving in Test menu)

I had exactly the same graphical problems and loading as you did so i believe it was the game files themselves and not an issue with my pc hardware.

Are you on the latest Play! update?

To achieve this I just had to put the same files that I had in my desktop folder in playdata, which had been generated in onedrive

And so in this way I can finally see the game, thank you very much for your help SON OF BLINDBOY

Now it only remains to be able to make it work with a mouse and not with a keyboard
