Goodbye SEGA, Hello GIGO (Arcades in Akihabara)

In Akihabara, there used to be lots of big, beautiful Sega logos all around. Now, they've all been replaced with Gigo logos. What does this actually mean for these arcades? Are there still games worth playing inside? I don't know, but my gut says maybe.
