Yes, for Ghost Blade you have to play it with Demul, like for Xenocider or Satazius Next.

Maybe with Redream Emulator i don't know

For redream you need the cue and bin version. Google for "Ghost Blade (USA Japan) (Unl) (Rerelease)" (cue and bin version). But redream performance was miserable on my machine so I used Demul instead.
