Open it and refresh the list of apps with a Hikaru rom playing and hit the arrow to move the app to the right section.  Start Borderless Gaming with Windows and it should automatically do it each time, repeat for each game (there's only a few Hikaru roms) 

 

I was told the Demul devs are aware of the issue but it's not resolved yet in this new version of Demul.

That's the same app that I'm using.

And I'm not sure what you mean by hitting the arrow and moving the app to the right section.

Its a false positive, it also happens with CXBX Chihiro Fork. Both are safe.

Hi folks does anyone have the shaders for the latest demul?

Does anyone have Virtual-On Force Demul arcade rom? I can't find it anywhere on google, reddit or the entire internet. It's working on latest Demul which is the first time the rom has worked before.

 

When I find demul full rom sets it doesn't have it but it has Virtual On OG which is a different game.

For those having trouble finding the roms remember google is your friend. Example google search: site:mdk.cab "planet harriers" 

Another example google search: site:mdk.cab "von4"

if you search for "von4.zip", it appears immediately.

Thank you, however I have the latest demul but it's not listed in naomi 1 and 2 or any others? Only Oratorio Tangram which is not Force ahk Virtual On 4.  But yet I saw a Youtube video where it's supposed to be playable in the newest Demul. Do you or anyone have any idea?

I did google, but I didn't realize that mdk.cab actually had the rom I thought it was just some site that had info about arcades. But my problem now is, Virtual On Force aka VO4 is not listed in the latest Demul, so I can't play it.

Even without knowing about mdk.cab. Searching for "von4.zip" with the quotes works.

 

Which version do you use? I use demul_251211 and it is listed for me.

My bad, didn't think it would be a Hikaru game so I didn't look there, found it. 

 

Yeah I'm making mistakes today so what, sue me. All you see is words on a screen you don't actually know what someone is going through in their personal life. You have no idea. 

 

It's actually not working for me anyway. Demul just closes. And I'm pretty sure I have it all set up right, I've used Demul before plenty. Just gotta added the bios and rom path and plugin path and nvram path which I did. HIkaru.zip bios is there.

Is that from 12-11-2025 or a newer version? 

 

If it's newer hate to bother you cuz you already uploaded the game but could you please upload the emulator too? I'm just not sure what else I can do to get it to work.

Yeah, don't sweat it and don't worry about it. Was not nagging you, just helping you for your future searches.

 

I've got that one as well and when I run it I was getting unable to find 315-6146.bin in romset mie. So I find mie.zip and now it doesn't give any errors it just does nothing and then closes.

 

Edit: nevermind, got it working. I was using the plugins and nvram paths from my older demul install and that caused the issue.
