Why did you upload a old version of Bemanitools 4.25 with no support for Jubeat Festo ?

The latest version 5.28 also does not support this game yet

So how do we get this game to work ?

You do not know ?

Ask your master ! :ptdr:

JuBeat Festo needed files

https://gofile.io/?c=wv5Q6c

So can somebody write up a how to get it working tutorial ?

  1. Extract the .7z
  2. Extract the needed files into the extracted folder from the 7z (which I'll refer to as festo now)
  3. Make the directory festo/dev/nvram/
  4. Copy all of festo/prop/defaults/ into festo/dev/nvram
  5. Download spicetools (the link should be in this forum)
  6. Extract spice.exe and spicecfg.exe into festo/
  7. Run spicecfg.exe, set up keybinds (make sure to set up the Test key), go into options and check E-Amusement Emulation, and go into keypads and click Generate to the right of card data for Player 1
    1. If you're trying to use a touchscreen and it doesn't work, scroll down and check "Force WinTouch Emulation"
    2. You can also use these options in a batch file. How to do this is left as an exercise to the reader.
  8. Add these lines to your hosts file without the 1. and 2. (C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts):
    1. 127.0.0.1 eamuse.konami.fun
    2. 127.0.0.1 eamuse.konami.com
  9. Close spicecfg.exe and run spice.exe. You'll get NVRAM: BAD in the top left and an error screen with some 5-2000 code or whatever. Press whatever you binded test to, and it should reboot. (If not, alt+f4, launch again, and press or hold (don't remember which) the test button.) Use the up, down, and enter panels displayed (figure out what they're binded to) and go to Game Options and then to Shop Settings. Go to shop name settings, and just mash around the keys until you have a shop name, it really doesn't matter. Exit, then go down to Shop area, and just press the right pad once or twice. Go down to Save and Exit, hit it, then go down to game mode and press enter. It starts!
  10. [there was incorrect information here that had to do only with my setup]

Please note that festo lags, but this is a problem that occurs on arcade machines as well.

Hello KOKOCAT, if you have the dao pad, you must launch the game with bemanitool !

because you can use a mod : it’s file « device.dll » compatible only with bemanitools, it completely removes the missfire problem.

i love spicetool with IIDX, reflecbeat, and SDVX... but not for jubeat

and for festo, I have never succes to launch it yet :/

Is there any way to reproduce the server at home?

Yes, but if you have a real arcade, you must somehow edit the file "ea3-config.xml". Maybe connecting the hard drive with the dongle to PC will decrypt it, but yes, there are apps that can emulate a eamusement server. (eg. eaLocalServer.exe).

eaLocalServer.exe

Edit: please reupload the games, as i said, nofile.io is gone

Maybe you can download an arcade dump, install another os on the arcade (i recommend win 10), execute the server & go. (I recommend "spice.exe -ea").

I really want to play these Jubeat games, as I have a touchscreen, so please upload them to MEGA.

I saw the monitor specs and it seems it doesnt have a gorilla glass screen?....

Did you put like a protective layer to strengthen the durability of thr monitor?

Hello. I want to run festo but it is not running due to issue with jubeat.dll.

jubeat.dll exists, but it has problems. Does anyone know about this? The computer you want to run is Windows 10 2004.

I think you should remove the file 'd3d9_something.dll' from the game's directory and install DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) on your PC.

Do the games support touch so they can be played on a phone or tablet?

Yes, they support touch, but only on a touchscreen monitor, eg. Microsoft Surface, or Dell P2418HT.

I tried to run the festo using the Spice tool, but the execution only appears in the command window and the window closes.
First of all, the process that I've executed
1. Uncompress festo
2. Creating dev/nvram
3. Copy all files from prop/defaults to dev/nvram.
4. Run spicecfg to create key bindings, card numbers, and change e-amusement emulation from options to enable
5. Run as spice.
If I'm wrong, point it out. If I did it right,
I will attach the log file, can anyone help me?

the same thing happens with my dedicated setup for my jubeat cab (works well with CLAN).
i3 + AMD R5 or R7
Festo works on another of my ryzen5 and Nvidia 2060 PCs

So the hardware may be the problem
