Help please help restore hdd america's army arcade

Good afternoon to the community. I have an America's Army game, but the hard drive is damaged. I downloaded the ISO from archive.org, but when I try to install it, it doesn't install or format the hard drive, and I don't know how to fix it. Do you have any tutorials on how to do it?

Plus more info would help. EXAMPLE: HD crashed. dongle no reading?

The game won't start; it doesn't detect the hard drive. I don't have the original arcade ISO. I was recommended the ISO from archive.org, so I downloaded it and put it on my PC, but it's giving me these errors. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong because it won't install or format the hard drive.
