[PC PORT] Offroad Thunder (Midway)

This is a another PC port of the famous arcade game heavily patched and optimized to give an arcad'ish feel at full speed.

 

Both Keyboard / Dpad active.

 

ESC = Test menu (you can bind & assign your keys / Ds4 dpad)

Enter = Coin / Select

 

See menu for all assigned def keys option.

This one uses a different ForceExclusiveFullscreen (for those who had troubles with standard Fullscreen) + bezel

Thanks for this great game! But I can't get the game to open in full screen...only windowed works it seems. Tried Alt+Enter, but nothing. So what key makes it go full screen?

I'm just curious why do this when the arcade is already playable in Teknoparrot? Is this better or does it not work in Teknoparrot?

Well, for one thing, there is no engine sfx in the TP version.

Check in the panel if your GPU supports fullscreen exclusive (1 = default) and if necessary edit dxwrapper.ini and try selecting the options highlighted in bold with 1 (never all together, always just one)

it is the modified HOWART loader with a screen overlay displayed above the presentation screen of the keys of the PC version (Available in Midway Treasures PACK Deluxe EDITION - Midway Arcade Treasures 3) we can clearly see the pcoffroad.exe file which is the executable of the PC version. So when the person indicates [ PC PORT ] I don’t understand because it is already the PC version. The wrapper used has been modified with HOWART’s launcher. This can normally activate the vibrations on an XBOX 360 controller only (X Series or One controller the vibrations will not work)

It’s a pc win port patched to be more arcad’ish realistic (this is the meaning of ‘arcade pc port’).

 

Hogwarts it’s good for Harry Potter.
