Can i emulate Exa-Arcadia on PC compatible?

Hey, there used to be a demo or alpha version of Axel City 2 for PC,

but since the game was finished and the developers removed all possible links to their game online,

you won't even find the demo/alpha version. As for Exa-Arcadia emulation, in my opinion,

it might happen in a few years if they manage to sell arcade cabinets and buyers try to dump the games,

but given the price, it's not going to happen anytime soon.

I seem to recall there was a PC version at the very beginning, a bit like the Chinese version of Axel City 1. 
It was a real pain to launch the game; it felt more like an expansion of the first game than the final version on Exa Arcadia.

This video from 2019, when the game was still in development, shows it opening in a window with the executable's name in Chinese in the top left corner.
