@grangler you don't need to subscribe to play this game, but considering the work that must go into making most of these games playable the subscription is a bargain, it also pays for games and dongles to dump, if you don't want to subscribe fine but don't make out that its not good value please, its pretty disrespectful to the TP developers, who have brought all of us here, hours of fun.

I load the missionimpossible.exe it says loading to 4% and crashes. Any ideas please?

 

The other version loads to 15% and crashes.

Not sure if i am doing something wrong.

 

Im running it standalone.

I'm guessing demulshooter will have an option, making this unnecessary, but here is a no-crosshair patch. There's 2 versions. Both get rid of crosshair. One version also gets rid of "do not shoot" icon that crosshair turns into when you are not able to shoot. The other version keeps this.

 

Goes in MissionImpossible\MissionImpossible_Data\

 

backup original or rename original so you can go back to it if TP or demulshooter add this feature

I think the last dumped version is MK3 1.06.29/OF (with standalone loader included), but it's been years and it's never been seen around .. so you can sleep soundly

the game is launched with the missionimpossible exe.   you need to use Teknoparrot or Demulshooter to play it.

if you use the smaller dump with BepInEx included, it won't work right with Teknoparrot unless you delete that BepInEx folder.  The other dump will not work standalone until Argon updates Demulshooter for full support and you add the Demulshooter plugin, but it work perfectly with Teknoparrot without any modifications.

 

This is another reason why the smaller dump with Argon's beta plugin should have never been leaked early.  Now there's a lot of users who aren't as computer savvy that can't figure out why their dump doesn't work right with Teknoparrot or why their dump won't work standalone.  

 

Post clean dumps people!

It's a laptop from 2018 with an AMD Radeon R5 M330, 2GB...

@Jingabe you should be able to reduce settings in the graphics control panel to get it running, disable v sync etc, not too sure how the settings work with AMD but if you experiment you might be able to improve it a bit, it is unlikely to be able to run at 60fps whatever you do, as it was never really intended to play games. For the resolution have a look in the files within the game dump there is most probably a setting somewhere for resolution, failing that try it windowed.

Game resolution can be changed by editing /BepInEx/plugins/MissionImpossible_BepInEx_DemulShooter_Plugin.ini

So far has anyone managed to change the default resolution?
I've already edited the MissionImpossible_BepInEx_DemulShooter_Plugin.ini and the crosshairs still don't match the screen. This is also exceeding the limit of my monitor
I needed to lower the resolution, not because of any slowdown, but because the screen is cut off.

Yes thanks I changed the screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 all fine now.
