Its been developed secretly for about 3 years.

Finally leaked 3 weeks ago on a youtube video:

Ive tested it on my Windows 10 Pro with my Brooks UFB /Xbox X Arcade joystick and its way better playable then on MAME.

It includes the supposedly fully decrypted Primal Rage v2.3 roms and Moo Emulator
