Technically, spicetools supports it, but not fully. Boots to test menu but does not go to title screen. https://github.com/spice2x/spice2x.github.io/issues/114

I’m hoping someone might be able to get the game to boot farther than that, one of the reasons i put this here

I sent this same dump to the programmer at Teknoparrot—and I won't mention his name—and he said it was possible, but it would require rewriting the entire KONAMI loader, and he's not currently working on it. It's an ongoing Teknoparrot project, but he can't give a release date.
