try to enable dx9on12, could help with performance, but i don't see your gpu in the logs? which one are you using? 
also you can try to get dxvk and see if it helps

is your handheld running linux? if it is, then refer to my guide on how to properly run sdvx on linux https://docs.google.com/document/d/11ndC_rGtY3LyzZAOrF88SIJ1pvKRrrtUcMIoQufXGS8 (on steam deck for example you will need to go to the desktop mode ofc)

if it's on windows then we need the logs

It works normally but there is a connection error when logging in.
